The team at Subaru Waitara were professional and more than happy to help with anything that I needed. They gave me a full rundown of the service and were happy to answer any questions I had. My car was very clean and ready to go on pick up. As I am not always available during the day, they email with a list of the checks that they do during the service. If there is anything that needs to be done you get the option to authorising this through an online form. This makes it quick and easy to see what has been done or needs to be done. Great service all round. Not only for the car but also for the customer.

Sales consultant Steven was very informative and friendly. He took the time to explain all the features which greatly helped me with my purchase.

I had a great experience at Waitara Subaru, the place has a fun vibe and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Riley was the consultant who assisted me from initial enquiry through to sales, and the experience could not have been better, friendly and thorough, there is pretty much nothing he didn't know about the car i was interested in (XV) or the range in general, and the competitors also for that matter, no pressure and no BS, just helpful all the way through. Special call out to Khan on the business side also, who helped with a last minute finance change as well as a great deal on insurance (he kept me updated even on his RDO's).
If I could sum up the whole process in one word it would be FUN! If you're looking for a Subaru, go and see the team, you won't be disappointed.

We were looking for a mid sized SUV and researched the Forester as well as the competitors. Our main needs were ground clearance and cargo storage. We arrived at Subaru Waitara and Riley took us for a test drive. He is extremely knowledgeable about the myriad of features and we loved the drive. We came back a few days later after test driving the competitors to buy. Riley completed paperwork swiftly. From initial meeting and test drive through paperwork and pick up of our new beautiful Forester Premium (love the seats!) Riley made the process easy, friendly with great knowledge throughout. My husband and I have been looking for a new car and went to Subaru Waitara where we were greeted by a very friendly fellow by the name of Riley who showed us the Subaru XV.
Riley was very informative and very helpful.we took the car for a test drive and Riley went through every detail that we needed to know. Nothing was a problem. He was absolutely fantastic! I had a million questions and Riley was very patient.

Subaru Waitara continues the excellent service I have experienced for my 2006 Forester XS Luxury over the past 14 years.

We have just purchased a car here with Khan, and couldn't be happier with the service provided. The whole team had great customer service and were very accommodating. We bought a new Forester through Subaru Waitara, via Courtney and Brad. They could not have been more helpful, and managed to get everything done within a short timeframe at a very busy time of the year. From the initial visit, where the salespeople were friendly but not pushy, to picking up our new car, the whole process was very pleasant.
