Officeworks Liverpool

Nathan in store, was the rudest person met ever in Officeworks ive been to.
Didnt seem to want to be there, didnt want to serve, tried to dodge me & other customers.by pretending to look busy.
When confronted - became defensive & couldnt handle the confrontation.
Would literally summarily dismiss him if i was the boss.

This negative review is based on solely a consultant named Nathan & the Area Manager which happened to be in store named Andrew Boggs.

Complete disgraceful customer service, absolutely rude & tried to belittle me whom had zero product knowledge, smart-ass attitude, & had the nerve to berate me & answer back after knowingly he was rude & pretentious.
Asked for the manager whom was lovely in de-escalating the situation until a buffoon starts smirking, giggling & obviously thinking it was all a joke, after mentioning Nathan should get proper training. Later finding out he is apparently the area manager, however dressed like he was going on his first date, instead of showing leadership & assisting on what happened - actually was totally unprofessional, pretentious, & rude as Nathan was.

Seriously, the senior lady that works there during the week, always has a sourly look on her face that reflects she would rather be somewhere else than serving and assisting customers at Liverpool Officeworks. I've heard this lady belittling customers who don't understand technology and her manner needs desperate refining. There comes a time in life where one should embrace retirement graciously and move over for other more caring and motivated employees who are willing to help customers at all costs. I want to give no stars but system won't accept no stars.

You staff member Kim is unwilling to go out of their way even the slightest. I left my USB here and came to collect it to find out it’s not there anymore. So bought a new one. Took my laptop out to connect to the free wifi, asked for the password and she said “I don’t know it sorry” and didn’t even bother checking with someone else.

I will try my best to avoid to visit that shop again, worst shopping experience in Sydney. Waited 35 minutes in queue to copy 20 pages and when I apeared to the lady, she set me aside to use self serve. She started serving the customers next to me. I walked out of the store without any help after waiting 10 more minutes to see if the lady turns to me but in vein.
