The worst branch ever! Guys Liverpool is the suckiest Officeworks branch, the deliver super late, never picks up phone, you name it.go to the other suburb branches

Absolutely rubbish service. Popped in to print 1 x 6x4inch photo out nice and early thinking that it should take no more than 10 minutes and that's giving it additional lead time. They had no one in the store and there were more than enough workers on the floor but it seems like they were more keen to have a chat amongst themselves rather than focus and serve their one only customer! The manager wouldn't leave the worker who was serving me. Not sure what the significance was, but it surely wasn't to speed up the process but rather annoyingly slow the entire customer service experience down even further. Mind you, i have a job to come back too and not here for a leisurely shopping day in your store. Anyway, the print took over 30 minutes to print out one print. I didn't get any updates or an acknowledgement from the worker or the manager (who unprofessionally kept chatting to her and disrupting her work) the whole time until I had to speak up and asked how much longer this will take. There's people out there in the community right now struggling with no job due to covid and this manager and workers here at this officeworks store should be grateful they're still in a job, should be appreciative and do their best job to provide a good customer experience for people walking through their door rather than making them wait extensive time unnecessarily while they're in their own worlds and chatting at work. So disappointing. If I could, and I will in the future, go elsewhere!

With covid in my area I decided to do CLICK AND COLLECT. 10: 30PM I purchased a set of headphones. To my surprise 8: 15am my headphones were waiting for me to pick them up. Well done OFFICE WORKS LIVERPOOL. With that smooth quick service I will be using this service definitely again.

Terrible service, staff werent really useful or willing to help as i walked around trying to find someone to assist but most staff were talking amongst themselves while i stood beside them waiting to ask for assistance, the bollards at the front entrance were a pain to get out the item i purchased and didnt recieve a hand to move the item even tho it was recommended two people lift it. Wouldnt waste my time here again.

I got served by David (the arab guy) and he was the worst person I have ever encountered in my life. Worst customer service I ever experienced. And on top of that, he was racist, incompetent and made me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable.

I was served by this horrible Indian/Pakistani lady working at the printing/photos section named Maria? Or Marina? Or Manio? I had an order for an A-Stand To pick up and as soon as I showed her my receipt she said “we don’t assemble A-Stands here” which wasn’t true because i already paid for the prints and assembly as a whole (even on the website it says assembly included). Later on she looks at my receipt and says “your order hasn’t been delivered to the store yet” which also wasn’t true because I got called up the day prior to pick it up. After speaking with her supervisor, another guy came out with my A-Stand and assembled it for me. This Indian/Pakistani lady has horrible customer service and provides incorrect and misleading information just for her own convenience. After all her mistakes she made me wait in line again and in total I waited over 3 hours (no exaggeration) If any managers are reading this please consider firing her.

I ordered birthday invitation for my daughter online pick up from liverpool stote. After youI paid, It say it take 5 days to be ready and notify to pickup. Wow that long, ok i wait, but then on the day there is no notification. Try to calling them on the phone 2 days in a row multiple times, but no one pickup. Come in the store to check the status, waiting in a long queue, and then they said not know what happen to my order. Not even care what happen, Wont check the status for me and ask me to call the numbwr again to found out. Stay away from them if you want orfer something online via their web site. Super bad service. Make sure stay away from them.

Great customer service today, by Yousef.thank you.he looked for a product I needed as it wasn't on the shelves.he didn't try and hide, like Hoxton Park store did. (some were too busy talking amongst themselves). And he got it for me. Was busy today, but the staff still had a smile.even the girl at the checkout.thanks Liverpool store.

I don't go there much, once in the blue moon on the way to picked up something near by. Today I was served by an Indian lady at photo self serve, she was so unfriendly, so rude and insulted me I can't read English. I'm sorry, I can't understand your accent coz I was born here and living here since 80s.

Regarding Print & Copy:

Like most Officeworks branches, the quality of service, & of your prints depend almost entirely upon which representative you get.

In my experience at the Liverpool branch, I've encountered 3 very helpful staff, who seemed to go above & beyond what was required of them.

Upon my actual printing however, my Print & Copy Services representative performed fairly disappointingly. She was just barely-accommodating, unhelpful, cold, irritable, & simply did not seem to want to lend me her services.

I would definitely *disrecommend* availing of their in-house business card printing services, as their methods (& thus, results) are very poor/ unrefined.

Hi OW, your store is usually on point but your photo booth technology needs work. The instore USB and WIFI photo upload options do not work, so went home to order online.again it does not work. Please sort this out.

There is a huge signboard at the outside which is write "weekdays open until 9 pm". But unfortunately it isn't true, totally wrong info. Why? Why u need as a this.if u understand the new solution, please could describe me asap!

Had the best experience here!
I don't usually write reviews but really wanted to thank the team at Officeworks Liverpool! Specifically Tania, if I could give 10 stars I would! I had a really big printing order for a bridal shower and not only was it completed earlier then expected, Tania helped give us ideas to get the best product. She was super friendly, very generous with her time and stayed past her shift to help. My friend loved it and all of the prints were a great hit! Tania made the whole experience so smooth and with all her help, it all turned out better than we had planned! So thankyou again, would come back 100%, anyone getting their things printed at Officeworks Liverpool - ask for Tania, she's a real star!

Drove a while down here for a price match for Amazon AU (imported stock). I thoroughly read Officeworks' T&C's and was confident that I'd be getting a match, as a friend also did.

Did I get it? Nope, not a big deal, but what I did get was shouted at by Anne who seemed to be the store manager. She literally started shouting at me from the second she was called over, before I even had the chance to talk.

People could hear her from aisles, it was beyond embarrassing. Worse, she kept raising her voice over me in such arrogance and would barely provide me the chance to speak.

Regarding the price match, she was furiously reading through the Officeworks' T&C to find an applicable exclusion, obviously there were none, she still refused and ended up calling her superior. Ironically, she spoke to her superior with a normal tone and respect, just like how any human would like to be spoken to.

I can't imagine how disgusting she would treat her staff considering her public treatment of customers.

The others were lovely, in fact some seemed apologetic regarding her disgusting foul mouth.

I definitely won't be coming back to this store.

As seen in previous comments, there is a massive signboard that states the store is "Open until 9pm Weekdays". This is most definitely misleading and I highly recommend updating the signboard for new visitors. Besides this service is good!

I was served by a lady with the name beginning with K.
Didn't greet me as I walked up to the counter. No "hi" or anything.
The only time her lips moved was because she was chewing on gum.
I brought the empty hard drive box and she didn't have it behind the counter so had to call for someone to retrieve it.
She then directed me to "stand over there".
Took about 7 minutes for the hard drive to arrive.
So as I approached the counter to pay for the hard drive, she ask me "is this yours? ". I was the only one at the counter and was wearing a red hoodie that day. I rolled my eyes and said 'yes, it's mine'.
She could tell I was annoyed by this stage.
Paid for the hard drive and told her to have a good day, that's when she thought to thank me for my business.

If you're reading this head office.
I recommend you train your staff a little better.
Chewing gum on the job is not a good look what ever the reason may be.

Appalling service from the staff here, 10m just to find out a bit of information about menu printing.the computer seems more important not the customers
