Last thursday, i went to buy a 13 inch macbook air with m2 chip, they didnt have it in stock so i had to get it deliverd, they had told me it will come on friday yet it never showed up, i called the next day and they kept saying it will show up soon and it never did and i keep calling them like 5 times a day and they keep saying " Tomorrow it will show up" but it never shows up، Delivery service is very bad. I went to the Officeworks Liverpool store at 24 Orange Grove Rd, Liverpool NSW 2170 on January 10,2024, Wednesday afternoon.
The customer service was very bad! I needed to copy a document using one of the photo copy machines and it kept displaying an error flag, asking me to check with the kiosk clerk. I talked to one of the clerk to check the photo copy machine and kept waiting for her to resolve the issue.
I waited for over 20 minutes and the lady never showed up. She had bad attitude with no respect for her job and she was not cooperative at all!
I talked to the manager about the poor cusomer service. I hope, they will fix the problem next time.

Goodluck getting any help from the staff. We kept getting a printing error and it told us to ask for assistance. We hailed a staff member who akcnowledged us then continued to dawdle around had time to talk to her colleagues then she proceeded to forget and ignore us. There were 5 staff standing around chatting while checkout was unmanned.

Understaffed definitely. There's almost always a long wait time.
Just want to say thanks to Andy, he's a great employee and great at what he does. Give this man a raise!

There was a bit of a delay due to only one customer service representative being available at the checkout, yet she was efficient and helped me with my purchases today.
Prices are affordable, wide variety of school, home and office supplies.
Overall good experience with my shoppy shop.

Appalled by the way the staff treat customers. Went there for a service that office works usually provides and Sinem was being a Karen. She has a disgusting attitude and should not be allowed to talk to customers without further training.

Veeeerrrrryyyy slowwww! I spent just under two hours to get some prints done. We ran into issues, eventually a lovely young man sorted it all out. I feel bad for him as he was trying his absolute best, but it seems like they are very under staffed, and most are not trained to work in the print section. Such a shame.

I went today to get my frame adjusted and the gentleman that works there by the name Ricky was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist. I didn't wait long for service either.

Horrible telephone service.i have been trying to get a hold of office works and have been calling their contact for a week by now and no one has picked up.i have sent emails too regarding my situation and they will NOT reply.

I have not been here in years and went in today. I had to leave a review because the level of customer service, professionalism and help from Jason and the rest of the staff was amazing. This store has done a complete 180 on how it was before.

Very poor staff performance, the person at the front counter on 14 November 2022 did not knew how to print documents from USB, she kept running around asking other staff members questions, correct number of pages were not printed and she took full cost of printing all pages.

Provide training and monitor staff performance, get rid of incompetent staff, it’s a very poor client service experience. I presume the person was a trainee as she was not wearing the uniform. Clients can’t go back again and again to get the job done correctly.

Will contact Headoffice as well so they learn of such staff incompetency on the floor serving clients providing rubbish service at Orange Grove.

Big ups to Matt who sorted out my laminating order for me on the spot despite them requiring 24 hour notice (which I was unaware of, sorry!) and with the store closing within 15 minutes. I was prepared to return the next day but he tended to it and waived a bit of my order for the inconvenience. Legend.

Product listed on website was only online, staff members all bunch of monkeys grooming between themselves

I own a party business and get my printing done here. Naswana is the BEST employee. She looks after her customers as if it was her own business. They are very blessed. She's always smiling and does her very best to help whenever needed.

Poor service.long wait one staff delivering service. While others stand on empty counters. The staff are very slow especially Zoe.not sure if she is still learning how to do stuff

Very poor experience trying to return a product which was faulty through no fault of my own. I've purchased a product from Orange Grove Officeworks previously which was faulty and was able to exchange for a new one where I paid the difference. With the new product is was ALSO faulty as advised by numerous store staff at another store as I demonstrated what the fault was. Coming back to this store - as I only wanted an exchange & this was the only closest store which had the product - their attitude towards my issue wasn't to assist me but was to cover their own behinds telling me they can't do anything for me as I didn't have the receipt. They made me feel as if I was a burden to them due to their operations not being able to pinpoint when I purchased the item. I believe there definitely needs improvements to the operations to link product serial numbers to transactions to locate a receipt. Time was wasted and the attitude on "helping" was very poor. This was an expensive purchase which is now left as useless junk.

Worst customer service ever. Went to buy a laptop and waited 15 minutes stand there waited to be served which never got. Went to JB- HI instead and brought it from there.
