This store NEVER answers theor phone, go to the store and not even 3 people their.they just don't bother doing what they get paid to do. Bad telephone service and unprofessional behaviour. Hoxton Park is my new location and i am 100 percent satisfied everytime walk in or telephone.

Love the new layout compared to what it was before.
Just like other stores you'll find literally what you want and more because it's a larger store.
My visit was a couple days before the new school year so it was incredibly busy. We found what we wanted quickly, with the help from one of the team members. The line was huge but in sure it's not like that normally.
The parking isn't the best it's very small for such a large store. During busier times of the year I suggest parking at Fashion Spree or The Grove and walk there.

I bought a Samsung tablet from here only 2 months old and it wouldn't charge I paid about 230$ then I got told that I will be charged 170$ to fix it because the charging jack wasn't under warranty and I'm still waiting for them to return my tablet back for. There service centre itsbeen a month VERY DISSAPOINTING OFFICEWORKS it's all good till sale made then nothing after that. LOWEST PRICE GUARENTEED PRICE don't matter it's the way You treat you customers

I got a great customer service. Person was kind, genuine and very helpfull. With help stuff found easy what I was looking for. It is good place for buying school and study stuff. I bought wrong ink for my printer. There was no issue with returning and person did that with smile on the face. I love a good attitude in people.

Rezwana at the printing desk helped us print about 250 booklets at short notice and she was super helpful and friendly!

I went there today bought some school supplies for my 2 kids. Very busy. I managed to find everything we need and the staff managed to make my shopping experience easy! Great staff!

Would not recommend if you are planning to do any printing jobs relating to graphic work. This review is based off of multiple encounters and the quality produced is poor. The sample paper types are misleading as their printer does not print like samples shown. I have been advised that I may have a low quality image which is not the case, as I am using a vector graphics on the page.

This is the worst officeworks in SYDNEY. They've screwed up all of my prints every single time I've gone.

Their customer service team is inexperienced and they aren't able to handle customer orders.

Go to GUILDFORD if you want QUICK & EFFICIENT service.

I would leave no stars if I could.

I wanted to price match a keyboard but there was a plus version. I was asking what the difference is between the plus and the normal version when everything else was the same. Literally colour, size, button placement and the use for it. Even the connection for different uses were the same and they just said but it's plus and not the normal when there are no difference and couldn't explain.

I'll give them another star though because the other co worker actually tried to search up and find the non plus version. Props to that one co worker who actually gived.

Everytime I go into the store I’m always disappointed. It’s usually to print, the machines never work and when I go to staff for help, they seem disinterested and annoyed. I also asked a lady on where I can find some note pads whilst she was putting up stock. She rolled her eyes and just pointed in a direction. Most of the time the staff seem like they don’t know information about their workplace and this adds on to the frustration to the customer.

Officeworks Liverpool is stocked with every desk tool anyone could look for. I bought a really good laptop there, and very comfortable headphones. The staff were very nice, and offered help to the customers.

Was using the self service for the printers. The paper ran out so the guy came to top it up and it still wasn't working. Called another staff member and they told me to use another printer. After trying 4 different printers and actually paid for them, finally got my documents. Staff was very useless.

I was I the store no longer than 1minute when Asian girl came to me and ask if I needed help I told her I was interested in purchasing an I phone 7 they had one on display after looking at it for few minutes I decided to purchase a grey one she went into the store room brought out the box open it show me the phone and all the accessories all in a space of 7 minutes. Well done!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The lady behind the printing desk really couldn’t be bothered to serve me, shoved me off and told me to use the self serve for 1 page even though it could have taken her 30 seconds to do.

Staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional. 3 ladies at the counter, one was serving the customer infront of us and the other 2 were chatting together, not even acknowledging us.

We asked to check a computer chair, none of them knew if it was in store or not so called another coworker to go and check. Asked about the return policy, none of them knew anything and one replied "I guess you could but then we'd have to sell it at a cheaper price" which is very unprofessional. The other coworker that went to look for the chair just simply shook his head at us, not even a word until we had to ask if the product was available in other stores, then they went to check.

Overall a waste of my time and not very helpful. Please train your staff a little better before leaving them unsupervised.

Brendan at the orangegrove store was just amazing. He took time to listen to what I wanted and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Great great customer service experience

Had the worst customer service that I have ever had at this store and I would strongly suggest that other people avoid this store as well.

My fiance and I were trying to get some printing done for our wedding and the print desk already had a long line despite the store only being open for 10 minutes.

After waiting for 15 minutes to be served, we were directed to the self-service machines and the user interface on them was definitely not user friendly. I then waited in line for a further 15 minutes to be directed to the photo printing machines. We then found that these machines would not allow us to change the dimensions of the print and when I flagged down another employee for help, I was told that the employee at the print desk was the only one who knew how to operate the machines.

We eventually got a satisfactory print out with help from the employee at the print desk, but we spent over an hour in the store on something that literally took 5 minutes to do.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the extremely poor service at this store. It is a very bad look for a business to have only one employee who knows how to use the equipment while three other employees stand at empty registers with nothing to do!

After reading other reviews that have been made, I would suggest that staff receive further training in the use of the print equipment. However, judging by the amount of negative reviews, perhaps this store going bankrupt would be a better option.
