The slowest customer service i ever had. 4 customers standing on the printing section took one hour to serve me. Then they said oh we dont take links. Then i had to leave the line and download and spend another hour to get my order printed

I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up my item. The staff didn't know their left from their right. Very poor service

Had bought a faulty ROG Strix laptop yesterday and had to return it today. I really want to say a big thank you to one of the staff there, Steven. He was very helpful and extremely patient.

The little girl Samantha in the print section was very polite and helpful. Every request made was replied with a YES - Amazing customer centric attitude.

Even though the request was miniscule, the effort required huge patience to manually cut the passport pictures that I printed at the kiosk using scissors. It's staff like Samantha that make a centre worth visiting as she went that extra mile, where she could have simply said "sorry we don't do it - You have to do it! " like many love saying.

Samantha was responding with a smile to every customer she attended.

Will visit again - Stay blessed Samantha.

Found the first staff member that couldn't escape from me and asked where they were hiding the USB memory stick multi packs
The dude was very helpful even when my wife insisted on interrupting me by ringing me several times.

This place is a joke I wanted to buy expensive airpods and they would not let me look at the product just an empty box how am I meant to see if they are what I want but I cannot look at them I will never return to the store again will pass this on to all my friends and workmates

I am waiting to print a few photos and only 2 of 6 devices are working. Do you have an IT Team to support and make them working or not?

Atrocious customer service - zero help finding the product I wanted and was even told the total wrong place to look by the LAZY LAZY staff. They talk to you like you’re stupid too. Avoid.

Amazing people every time I’m here I receive above and beyond service even if the product is not there they still try to help and today was no different Zayan was amazing

Went there awhile ago to send a email, girl refused to do it stating something about third party policy. So I'm sending a email (that makes me the first party) to someone else (that makes them the second party) I don't think she knew how to do it, shouldn't be working there. I ended up going to Gregory Hills done straight away no dramas

Fantastic service was able to buy a large qty of award frames and couldn’t be happier. Store was very clean and organised.

Had the worst experience in this store. Went there to get my portfolio printed and there was such a long line of people and just one person serving. After all that wait, I clearly mentioned what and how I wanted my file to be printed (double sided) the staff asked and confirmed that with me again, when I got the prints it was single sided and I ended up paying $68! This happened after confirming and mentioning so many times that I wanted double sided. When asked, she just said sorry. Waste of money and can’t even use the folio anywhere.

Officework photo print service is only for people who understands English or has good skill with technology, they don't serve you if you don't have knowledge of computer

Staff are all nice and very helpful yesterday, poor staff some customers are so rude and demanding wanting to be like VIPs

Brendon’s knowledge on laptops is second to none like his customer service skills, Brendon helped with our task of purchasing a laptop for my daughter, a year 7 student.

We found exactly what we needed and Brendon was also kind to offer the sale price that wasnt displayed.

I saved $300 and we found exactly what we went in to purchase, well done Brendon You have made us very happy customers today.

Asked 3 different staff members if they could help/serve me at laptop section of the store and all 3 of them said they would send someone over, the first guy even annonced it over the radio and no one rocked up, a few staff would see me waving them over for assistance and instantly put their heads down and continued walking away

store was not busy yet all staff hung out at the front of the store, made a quick 10min visit into 40min of fustration.the team at this branch needs to be retaught on how to provide service to their customers

What a joke of a place. Try restocking your shelves maybe. When asked about a product they said they have 4 in stock but nothing was on the shelves. They said it should be on the overheads. Checked the overheads, nothing. Mind you most of the rack was missing the other branded products also. Also they don’t like to answer their phones. Maybe try hiring some competent staff too.

One of the staff helped me up find an item i couldnt find in other officeworks and was able to price match for me on the spot. Amazing! Thank you!

Don't bother trying to call you'll be put on hold and then hung up on or just hung up on straight away, what a joke

Worst customer service I have ever had, I called twice to ask if an item was available and they hung up on me twice. When I call back they are telling they are really busy that's why they hung up the first two times. I couldn't believe it. Then the lady finally asked me, (after calling 3 times) what item was I looking for. Why was that so hard to do in the first place?
