Officeworks Chatswood

Very poor customer service. I took a small amount of shredding to get done whilst I waited, as I have done previously. Now there is a booking system and you have to leave your confidential items! 3 staff members explained it couldn't be done on the spot. No other customers were there and I explained I was happy to wait if any did come.still not possible. It would have taken them less time to do it than it did to explain they wouldn't do it!

Worst service ever! I’ve been to too many Officeworks but this one specifically was ridiculous.

Here is my experience with Officeworks Chatswood:

1) staff very unprofessional and service super slow, no eye contact from staff while waiting or at least apologise for slow service.it feels that the staff don’t even want to service the customers.

2) I went twice to do laminating service for the same job and I was charged different prices each day. Now I was also told to take an appointment next time if I want to do laminating service and the reason was due to rocking up late to the store @ 6: 20pm Saturday! Are you for real, Appointment for laminating service and what time would you like me to come to the store? 8am? There was still 40 mins for the store to close but the staff person that serviced me was super lazy.

To the manager or director of Officeworks Chatswood: I really suggest you improve your staff and also have regular meeting with them to improve their customer service skills.

To customers: I really recommend going to another Officeworks store around the area (north Sydney or Artarmon) rather than going through unprofessional service and feel unwelcome in Officeworks Chatswood!

This was my second time visiting the store and it will be last so please customers do yourselves a favour and don’t go through unprofessional service.

I was standing in front of the counter waiting to be served while who I think the manager was out there doing nothing. Passed here and there not trying to assist. No other staff but 1 counter staff who was assisting someone else with complicated request and the manager himself. No one else here waiting to be served. He just ignoring me. I just need laminating which takes only 2 minutes. He rather let customer wait in the line. This put pressure to the other staff to finish the other request in the hurry and serve next customer. I eventually left without getting my laminating done, by then queue has built up, I was furious. Won’t be back to that shop again, rather go to other stores. What’s wrong in assisting or serving customer and help your staff to clear the queue? Appalling customer service. I’d give zero review if I could.

Went in to enquire about getting some flyers printed, waited around for 30 minutes, and despite having 3 staff walking around behind the desk couldn't get help. A waste of time going here, your better off trying your luck at the office works in north ryde

Worst possible customer service. Guy behind the photo counter needs to be shown how to speak to customers. Thank god the girl on the counter helped to over ride the rude photo man.

Very poor customer service, felt like I was in India or some 3rd world country, rude staff, no help offered, at the check out, the guy threw me a bag to put my purchase in myself while he was talking to others, no apologies offered either! Don't mean to sound racist, but the staff are all fresh out of 3rd world countries, who treat you the same way they treat people in their home country, I can't believe such a big store is making itself a terrible reputation by allowing inexperienced people running it, what a shame to see these kind of behavior in Australia

Staff are very friendly and helpful but it gets extremely busy and is under staffed. There is always a very long line at the printing department
