Only one printing machine available causing long wait time and cues. Come guys.expect more from Office Works.

Called and asked for a pro forma invoice to be sent out to me for an iPad I wanted to purchase. Friday 22/05 about 6: 40 pm and was informed that office works don't do them. The man on the phone went away, consulted with the 2 mangers on duty and came back to say they definitely don't do them. Asked him to consult and he put the phone down before getting disconnected! Didn't want the trouble of finding out I guess! Will stick to buying plastic folders from physical stores

Drove there as north Sydney store said they wouldn't take ewaste only to find out this store doesn't offer it either. Take it off your website and save people a trip

Returning a chair was a breeze very helpful looking up my receipt using my credit chair statements and was quickly out the door with a replacement

Been going here since its opened. Really good staff service, really good variety of office equipement, furniture and stationery. I love their printing service, really cheap and fast. Only advice is to train their staff properly in the printing department so they all can jump in to help when its busy.

Horrible customer service, they have no idea what they are doing, looking at each others face.never shop again.

Don't waste your time trying to print here, the printer cords for phones are all broken and cut in and out, the wifi transfer does not work. Spent 20mins with others giving up to. Staff reset the printers to no avail.

Surly staff, especially a cash register attendant. Her demeanour bespoke utter indifference and contempt.

Worst officeworks we have been to. Not interested in helping customers, all other stores nearby bind on the same day, these guys want 48hrs wait, total joke for a 2 minute process.
Went to Kwik copy and was done in under 2 minutes on the spot for 1/4 of the price, go elsewhere and save you’re time.

Visited officeworks this afternoon to print a card and pick up some printing I had left a few days ago. Hugo was really helpful and managed to get my card printed without the proper machine, then also gave me a discount on my printing as the ink wasn’t good on one of the copies. Thanks Hugo! You deserve a raise- best officeworks customer service experience I’ve ever had:)

Terrible service. I was waiting in line to get some expensive high quality prints and they served about 20 other customers before me even though I was waiting for longer. Second time I went back staff members were on their phones instead of helping and lastly, the invitations weren't even cut straight!

Just wanted to thank Tony again for the great help he gave me printing my photos. I saw this place had a few bad reviews but thought I'd give it a try as I was passing through. Was not disapointed! Parking was easy and as mentioned the staff were very helpful as I couldn't figure the machine out! Once set on the right path I had my 150 photos printed and back in the car within 10 minutes. Will mostly certainly be back for all of my photo printing needs!

Busy store no enough staffs.
For doing binding service for documents, “customers need to given at lease 24HR notice” one time of staff said.

Of all the office works in Sydney this is my number one favourite and go to office works.nice large store that has everything.purchased my modem router from here, it didn't work and they were really cool with it and replaced it and offered me help to configure it.worked really well.
They have a great selection of computers, headphones and desks.the chairs for my office are super comfortable too.

Please provide one toilet for the public. Otherwise I will go online. Can’t blame the staff for operational decisions. Staff are ok but tend to be really busy some are more helpful than others. I think the previous tenants Bunnings had bathrooms for customers.

Very busy staff, pathetic service.i visited them 5 times to get just one job.one guy promised to get the job done & he refuses next day.and same job was done previously by anothr guy.hopeless. They need proper management/focus/commitment to save their goodwill

Okay shop, have some good deals. Service is average, only time I ever go is before school starts so there is a bit of a depressing vibe.

9 times out of 10 they don't have what you want and the staff are clueless. Dontcwast your time. Go elsewhere.

Very poor service and a photo printing service that has been “out of order” or faulty each of the three times I’ve been here over the past 12mths.

Customer service is less than poor, none of their self serve kiosks ever seem to work and no one that works there ever seems to care that they don’t work or want to help you in anyway. I understand that people have bad days but this is the reception you get every time you go into this store.
