The atmosphere was great, the barmen were really nice and friendly with good recommendation of what to drink. We had the lamb and I was disappointed. I don't think it was made fresh and it was not seasoned and could be cooked a little longer. For the price, it was a bit of a letdown. The sticky date pudding and ice cream was good, you cannot get that wrong.

Cute bar/restaurant. Different seating options available including indoor, outdoor and at the bar which is great. Very friendly staff, good drinks menu. Food portions are generous and I would recommend the sticky date dessert. Lamb main was just ok but that may be personal preference as I personally found it a bit lacking in flavour. Conveniently located too.

We could not recommend this place more highly. The five course tasting menu was exquisite, service was outstanding, and Pinot Grigio that we were recommended was excellent.

This was the most expensive meal we have ever had, but it was worth every penny.

Booked for a group of 18 and we all had a wonderful time! Staff were attentive, friendly and accommodating). Food (we did the bottomless brunch) and drinks were delicious. We did not feel rushed at all. Atmosphere was great. Hoping to rebook for 2021! Thankyou!

Delicious brunch menu, it does leave space for all of the bottomless mimosas you could ask for. Service is amazing, drinks were always ready with perfect timing.

It was meant to be a delicious birthday dinner with my partner and some friends visiting from Poland.

Whilst the service was very friendly and attentive and the food was tasty, the portions were unfortunately extremely tiny and therefore quite overpriced.

To top it all off, two of us ordered a steak that we both struggled to cut as the knives provided were very blunt. It took away from the entire experience.

When we requested a steak or a serrated knive instead, to our surprise we were told that such are not available.

Overall the the restaurant was rather disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

***EDIT***

I wish the response from the restaurant's manager was less of a personal attack.

Those serrated knives that the restaurant managed to stock will be appreciated by a number of your guests, not only by those younger ones. It is quite disappointing to be compared to a bunch of children because of an honest review. Quite unprofessional indeed.

I tend to dine at high end restaurants quite often and when I order my steak I expect to be provided with correct utensils.

I can see that the manager prides himself and his business on the preparation of their steaks. And he is spot on. They are good and so is the rest of their food (at least whatever was ordered that night) but since the steaks were served medium-rare (as per our request) they still should be cut with a knife that is not blunt.

Since the food prices are rather high and the portions small, the owner should take every step to make sure that such things as utensils (basics) are provided accordingly. The higher the prices, the higher the expectations.

Maybe if it was a pub on a cheap steak night (as the owner implies), I would just let it slip away and move on. However we never go to such establishments for this kind of food, so I am unable to comment.

Overall, despite the manager's personal remarks, I am glad that my comment was heard and serrated knives are now available. This will only improve the whole experience for each and every customer at this restaurant.

My friends and I went there for a birthday bottomless brunch. The service was great, the booking following ours cancelled so they were happy to extend us for a while longer and we got to enjoy extra free flowing mimosas. I also called 30 mins before the booking to organise a last minute birthday cake which they were more than happy to co-ordinate for us. Attention to topping up drinks was good and the food was delicious (although it would have been better if there was more of it). Would recommend ️

Came here with a group of friends. For what you pay, I expect to be blown away but unfortunately the dishes lacked punch and were bland to be totally honest. The service was great and location awesome and venue neat. Just scored poorly in the most important category

We wandered in late on a Thursday night just as the restaurant was winding down. Most kitchens in the neighborhood had already closed and we expected to be turned away - not at all! We were made extremely welcome and given plenty of time to enjoy their excellent food and a few glasses of house wine (totally acceptable).
Would definitely like to return!

We were greeted with big smiles and great service.
The Big Bare burger and smoked pork ribs were amazing. Nestled between the fluffy tasty milk buns are two generous beef patties that are tender and juicy with a good beefy aroma. The caramelized onions, bare sauce, and cheese give it a good balance of sweet, creamy, and salty flavours. The shoestring fries were fried to perfection and covered in delicious chicken stock powder. Just the best burger I've ever had to this date.

8 hour smoked Pork ribs were also very tender and full of flavour. The barbecue sauce was not too sweet and gave a good tang to the overall palate.
You have to try both of the above.

The only letdown was the banana milkshake that tasted like banana flavoured (synthetic) not made from actual fruit. This made me bring the overall experience down to 4 stars from the otherwise fulfilling dinner.

If you ever visit, please let me, a stranger on the internet, gently pressure you into ordering the roast chicken here. I don't usually like roast chicken but *this* roast chicken is a game-changer. (How do they make it taste so good? I don't know, but a better roast chicken does not exist.) The almond dip is also very moreish and always a winner. Great food, lovely staff, and good drinks too. Have never been disappointed with a single dish.

Nice place, not sure about the food, it was good, but extremely slow to serve (>1 hour after ordering) and portions were like childish. Was surprised by a unisex restroom, that's unusual. Not recommended.

Unfortunately the amount of food you get for a $39 brunch is ridiculous. I left starving and had to get food somewhere else.

I don’t think it’s right to enforce a charity contribution on the bill. If you want your business to be a part of the charity you should take it out of your own earnings, warn customers beforehand, or ask if we’d even like to donate before putting it on the bill.

The bottomless brunch is amazing and the service was impeccable. My girlfriends and I came here on a Saturday, got a lovely table outside and they even offered to close the shade when it got too hot from the glaring sunshine. The food was so delicious with generous portions. The waitstaff were really friendly and happily topped up our glasses when empty. Can't wait to come back again.

Recently went to Dead Ringer with some girlfriends on a Friday night. We opted for the Feed Me option, which was perfect. We had a great amount of delicious food and left more than satisfied. The staff were excellent and the whole atmosphere of the place was fantastic. I would go back in a heartbeat.
