I didn't have a good experience dealing with them. I got the vacancy email just 4 days before my tenant leaves and it was because my property manager was on leave and no one was responsible in her absence. After re advertising they couldn't lease the property for almost 3 months with a lot of rent reductions. After I changed my agent, they could lease it under 7 days with the same conditions. They use to be more responsible when they were working under LJ Hookers.

Tayla and the team made the transition of my 2 investment units from my previous agent over to Belle so much more efficiently.
I was constantly kept up to date and informed and Tayla was on time at the visits. Keep up the good work.
