About 1 year ago I decided to put my investment property in the hands of Saydi from Belle Property and its been the best decision I have ever made. Saydi has done her best to source the best tenants in a timely manner, shared her knowledge and insights on how to best attract tenants in a competitive market and has kept me informed throughout the process. She has managed to do this all with the challenges of covid and lockdowns. Thank you and I'll be recommending you to family and friends

Mark Khalil (our property agent) has always been responsive, helped me when I needed some minor fixed done and we enjoyed our stay in this property. Thomas Perram (Belle Property) 这中介态度恶劣，歧视，看不起我们，觉得自己高高在上，对想要买房的客户服务态度很差。这中介也很恶心，你的英文要是说不好或者说得有口音（不是澳洲口音）就会被他看不起。他会那么嚣张，就是因为看我们英文不好。 我们在澳洲住了21年，能分辨哪些人有歧视哪些人没有。我们看房遇到他这种中介真是太倒霉了，我们本来想买但最后还是决定不买，原因就一个，不想跟这中介有任何的交道。人生这辈子遇到过最差的中介就是Thomas Perram from Belle Property。

Thomas Perram has discriminatory behaviour. During an inspection, he told my wife and son to take off their shoes with bossy attitude, despite he was wearing his shoes inside the house himself. We actually didn't mind but when we were genuinely curious and asked why we have to take off our shoes (I asked because we saw he didn’t take off his shoes), his response was "DO YOU WEAR SHOES AT HOME? ". My blood started to boil right after he raised his voice and said that to me and my family; instead of answering my question he answered my question with another question arrogantly.
If I was the owner I wouldn't be happy that he talked like that to any buyer.
He was also impatient during the inspection, rushing us to get our shoes to go to the backyard. We were there on time and not even there for 5 minutes and he was already rushing us to get the shoes and check the backyard. The way he talked was very bossy such as “Go get your shoes now". No basic manners and there was a vibe of discrimination too.
In the end we had enough and we ended up didn't fully inspect the property and walked away. The whole experience was very unpleasant, I inspected many properties but never in my life had I encountered an agent like this.
I feel bad for the owner of the house that I inspected, no way he/she would know how this agent behaves behind their back.
Who wants to do business with a person with discriminatory behaviour?
This agent ruined our house inspection experience due to his displeasing discriminatory vibe.

Excellent, Punctual, Responsive, Mark is the only real estate agent who has managed to actually get my rent reduced in all my 7 years of renting. Clear. Straightforward. The whole team at Belle, right down to from the receptionists to the tradesmen that come over are highly professional. Being a communication skills trainer myself, I am very particular about the customer service aspects and my rights as a renter. The app, auto email receipt system creates a seamless flow of communication between the renter and the property agent. In future when I acquire a property I will opt for Belle to rent out and manage those premises for me. As a renter you really get to know the agent and if they are this professional in their approach to me a renter, I can't even imagine the heights they will climb to, when I'm the owner) Thank you so much Mark and the entire Belle team at Belle. I have been living at my current property for 1 and half years and Mark was very responsive whenever I had any issues. He is really professional and never had to call twice whenever I raised a request or needed some information. He has been amazing through out my tenure with Belle property!

I had my previous contract as well with Belle Property and I never had any bad experience.

I loved the property, very espacious, airy, and plenty of natural light, as well as modern design and appliances, beautiful settings and excellent location, though I wonder how much they are going to fetch at the auction

I had rented a Unit in Westmead through Belle Property Parramatta. My experience with them has been good.
They’ve addressed any issues reported from time to time.

Pros:
Automated rental receipt.
Electronic sign for bond.
They call back if our call is unattended.

Improvements:
Initial property condition report was based on text.
I would request BelleProperty to consider photographs against each section of report.
This would really help both parties.

He is always reachable, excellent communicator, worked with our unresponsive Strata to resolve some of the building issues.
