I have been leasing with then for last 3 years. Absolute professionals. They are very responsive in dealing with regular problems related to plumbing and electrical issues, if any.

Leased through Belle Property Parramatta for the past 12 months, Andrew was great to deal with and very responsive.
The receptionists re also very friendly.
I wish we could call or text the property managers directly rather than calling the office as sometimes it makes it difficult when trying to go to an inspection - otherwise very happy.

Last 6 months I was leasing with Belle Property Parramatta and it was a very pleasant experience. I was living in a studio at 22 Great Western Highway, Parramatta, it is a very nice studio and I enjoyed the most.

And my special thanks to Matthew for the support and responses on time, which made the stay very pleasant.

They have professional attitude and know how to manage the properties better. One thing which is really impressive is there team work and timely response to emails.

If you would like to be disappointed again and again, go for belle Property. I raised a few maintenance requests to rectify domestic repairs which were to be rectified by the agency/landlord, I have not heard anything from them until I moved out of that property. Their resolution management is the worst I ever received from a real estate agency.

I highly recommend not only this real estate but there staff as well. I will miss them & wish them all the best.

I have been with them for over 2.5 years and it was always a bad experience. I think all the reviews here are given by friends. Firstly, I dealt with Daniel who never responded on time and always pushed the responsibility on the tenant for everything. Then there was another relationship manager who didn’t stay for long. And now I am dealing with Cassandra and Rachael who never respond unless I send them repeated reminders. They increased my rent without giving any notice to me in mail or sms. For every repair that I request, I have to send them reminders again and again so that they will send a mechanic at home.
There is another issue that I have raised now, it’s been three weeks and I have not got the response, reason cited is - owner is overseas.
I don’t understand the fact that even if the owner is overseas, does that stop them from reading email or messages? Things can’t be held on just because someone is overseas.
Any dealing with them needs repeated follow ups otherwise they will not respond.

After a month long struggle in finding an apartment for myself with various real estate agencies found relief with Belle, we were able to secure a beautiful unit within a week on rent with the help of Belle property parramatta. Andrew & Saydi were extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking help to find a decent place around.

These guys are highly recommended as they deal everything professionally with out any bias. I am happy to be associated as a tenant with them.

All repair works are handled accordingly. I had an emergency where my wife was locked out in the balcony with infant stuck inside the house and I was 1hr away from my house. When I called them, Matthew rushed to my house in mins and rescued us-just cant thanks more!

Having Saydie as the property manager is an absolute luxury. Saydie has always been very attentive, prompt and has always been there when I need her the most regarding my property. I feel relieved that the property is under her capable hands. Five stars for Saydie and Belle Property for their service and commitment.
