Belle Property Parramatta very professional in their approach to selling my home. Thomas knew the market and was honest in his advice. Always contactable setting up a WhatsApp group to make contact simple. Would recommend Thomas and his team if you are selling a property.

Very much dissatisfied. I find some of the agents to be pro owner and do not take a neutral or fair stance, tenant is always at mercy. In few interactions, have encountered aggression and extreme rudeness. I would never prefer them for any of my transactions in future.

He is very professional, friendly and efficient. He always promptly responded me whenever I had Enquiry or issue and he looked after me so well until I received the rental bond back. I strongly recommend to deal with Bell property parramatta, especially Andrew. I really appreciated all the support and assistance from him. I would love to deal with them again in the future.

Super bad experience with the agent from Belle Property! My husband and I rented an apartment in Parramatta through Belle. The apartment had rattling noise in the bedroom EVERY NIGHT! When we asked for help to rectify this issue, the agent wasn't helpful at all. Checking was done superficially. The problem went on for 2 months and no proper solution was proposed.she tried to push the problem back to us and asked us to pay for any repair when this should be under the landlord's cost!

Never rent with Bellproperty parramatta, they are so ripped off and dishonest MARK KHALIL'S behaviour was horrible and discussing and so disrespectful. The worse agency around nsw.

Didn't like their behaviour during evacuation, unprofessional and inexperience. Their Senior property manager didn't know how to check basic stuff and her duty was to check the unit, in the middle of communication I received off the office email, she even didn't care about communication.

The worst ever property manager I have ever had was Simon who is very rude and unprofessional behaviour.

My experience with Belle Property Parramatta was a good one. They do a periodic inspection of the property and make sure the property is maintained clean. If any maintenance issues, they send the traders on time and get it fixed. I would definitely recommend Belle Property Parramatta.

Sold our property with belle, they also handled the rental for 10 years who were fantastic, so we went with them to sell. Worst mistake we could have done. The photography dreadful, I could have done better with my phone, sowe ask them to use the rental photos instead, we had a troublesome tenant so we asked to stop auction until they left, we were told it will be alright, we eventually sold for $40,000 less than we were told we should get, I know we didn't have to take it, but financially we had to

I have leased with Belle property for 3 years and the services were excellent, they were always prompt in response and fixing issues reported to them. End of lease process was very smooth, Saydi and Sarah supported us very well. Thank you to them and Belle property, we will look to lease again in future too.

Never pick up the call, maintainance and repairs have been requested and takes 6 months for them to approve or deny

I found Belle Property agents very professional and accomodating. Any time I needed help I found a response straight away. There was no problem throughout my tenancy period although it was small but pleasant. I found property managers Moses and sarah very helpful and professional in their dealings.
