Perhaps tell your "property managers" to not leave paperwork with the previous tenants contact details on the kitchen bench for new tenants to find. Although it was interesting to find out that nothing had been fixed in the property despite it not being to Australian Electrical Standards?

I was going to leave it all alone when we left however, the angry phone call from the tenant stating that the property is dusty and dirty, riddled with pests and the lawns have still not been attended to tipped me over the edge. Also, how dare your agents blame us for that? We vacated months ago and received a full bond refund with your agents THANKING US for leaving it in such great condition.

I have reported your office to Belle HO for poor conduct, privacy breaches, sub-par homes, and honestly disgusting behaviour from Saydi throughout the tenancy. It is surprising that this office is still open, its run by people with 2 brain cells who truly believe they're Einstein.

Very good experience with Mark Khalil. Very prompt in responses, very helpful in handling issues and sorting them. Enjoyable to work with.

I recommend Belle Property Parramatta, they are professional and serious. Stella is a great agent, attentive and efficient. She made sure to provide me with alternative solutions to any issues and make my whole experience as a tenant stress-free.

Belle respond to general queries and maintenance requests promptly. Sometimes it can be hard to reach on them on phone if you want to check anything urgently, but they do respond to emails within a short turnaround time.

I would like to thank Belle Property for giving me a place to live when I urgently needed one. Saydi you are the best! Thank you for everything.

I would highly recommend you use the agents from this agency if you are looking for an unethical agent to sell your property. I am a very unfortunate buyer who got asked to bid against ourselves for 4 times at an auction when no one else is actively bidding. We even suggested Chris and Justin to pass in the auction so we can negotiate afterwards, however they rejected. I am also doubting if this auctioneer from Belle Property is licenced because how would he allowed this to happen, it's against the regulation. We are not knowledgeable enough to know about bidding at auctions, we have consulted the Fair Trading and we will take this as our valuable lesson. Hopefully justice will be served by the Fair Trading. Furthermore, the terms we agreed upon with Chris and Justin before the auction turned out to be empty promises. They are definitely professional in tricking customers, I am very very disappointed.

The girl doing the inspection today was very rude upon arrival, she forced me to rush through the inspection because she had to go and couldn't wait an extra frw minutes so I could get a better look at the property. She practically kicked me out before the inspection time was supposed to finish. Employees that do inspections should be the most professional of the team as they are essentially the face of the agency.

I can see why the other bad reviews say the employees are rude. Place looked like a dump anyway, the ground floor was tidy inside (kitchen/dining/living), the courtyard and frontage were messy and full of weeds, grass was dead. Second floor had stains on the carpet (the very brief time i saw it, 20 seconds) and the top floor was dirty too.

Reason for my review is that I'm sick and tired of receiving your useless leaflets regarding house prices, sales etc.in my mailbox with a very clearly visible 'No Junk Mail Thank You' sign on it. You're wasting some serious amounts of paper, and showing no consideration towards your local community. Please respect the houses that do not wish to be updated on your achievements of selling a house, or asking me if I'm interested in selling my property. I clearly do not want your junk mail. All you've done is ensure I will not be using your agency to sell a property.

NEVER EVER RENT TO THIS! WE CANT EVEN CLAIM OUR INITIAL CASH BOND AND THEY EVEN DEDUCTED LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY DUE TO CLEANING OR DAMAGES WHICH WE DONT EVEN DONE. THEY ALSO NEVER ANSWER TO OUR PHONE CALLS! WORST SERVICE SERVICE EVER! NEVER AGAIN!

Worst property service & agdnts we have ever seen. All the state agents from Paramata, Sydney are very rude & irresponsible. They come with dirty shoes makes the floor dirty even after requesting that kids are allergic to the house they mention that is their compang policy. Why not company send with shoe covers? TheY never manage the property.

I rented an apartment in Westmead from Belle property Parramatta for 4+ years. I was a foreigner back then and had just started living in Australia. The 1st two words that come to my mind that Belle is synonymous with are ''quality'' and '' responsiveness''. The agents are well-dressed and come across as pleasant professionals. Coming from Europe, I value the culture inside the agency because that will reflect in dealings. I also rented apartments with other well-known agencies in Sydney. In terms of clean apartments and stress-free repair services, they were no match to Belle. Belle's processes are efficient and transparent, and are of European standard in terms of prompt services. It is easy to recognize a Belle apartment because they appear to spend funds for professional gardening in front of their buildings too.
I was taken care of by several agents but SAYDI Bechara stood out for me and she remained my manager for the longest period. She was exceptional in her attitude, flexibility, helpfulness and communication. Any necessary repair work was promptly completed and stress free.
Vacating the property was hassle-free and the agency was super quick to return the Bond.
I highly recommend Belle property Parramatta if you plan to rent a unit in Sydney. I never had a single issue during my entire tenancy.
