Ginninderra Medical & Dental Centre

I been several time the Ginninderra Medical Centre. But, I'm really disappointed doctor "Dr Richard Taumoepeau" today. I'm doubted his professionally and very very disappointed his consulting service. I'm not going to again Ginniderra GP service.

Terrible service, one receptionist was rude and hung up when I called previously. When trying to call to book a face-to-face appointment one can't get through - just phone wait times to try book are longer than half an hour. One gives up trying to book an appointment. What's the point of a medical centre of you can't even book a doctor's appointment with your own doctor. Online Booking service is just as bad with doctors then not attending tele-appointments. Appalling service, the worst for a medical centre in Australia.

If you were dying and this place was your only option for medical help, I suggest you die in preference to going there.

The worst medical centre created in human history. The waiting times are astronomical and when its your turn, the doctor sends you away after barely 2 minutes.

Had worst experience.
Poor staff and receptionists.
Specially the sonographer was such a rude lady.
Never recommend this medical center (Radiology).

I have attended physio with physiotherapist Kuk Jin Kim who is a young very professional person. His treatment is very very effective and I recommend him as an excellent physiotherapist.

Today was an experience i wont forget I can say that for sure i had an appointment (and lucky I did) to see a Doctor and while I was waiting i observed several things that caught my attention
Firstly its a walk in center yet the Doctors were all filled up for the day with appointments secondly people were registering and being told 3 to 4 hours wait times if not more and still waited and thirdly the ladies on the front desk were being harassed by patients about the above i was wondering how lucky I was to have a time booked in and in all honestly I think the system is not right and should be fixed with 50/50 maybe I like the center staff and Doctors but it was jam packed today and way too busy
Maybe a few more Doctors might help overall i had a good experience

Easily the busiest surgery ive visited in Canberra and am pleased to say the service was super and I can't fault anything I will be recommending you to family and friends. I like all the services in one building makes things easy. Happy family here

Receptionist Reb has excellent customer service. I will say good medic centre but the doctor I visited didn't leave a good impression. Does bulk billing will visit another doc next time.

Came in at 10: 30 for a walk in understanding I would need to wait but at 1150 another person came in and requested to see Dr Han but did not have an appointment and had never been here before he was told he would be put on waiting list his friend said that's ok Dr Han will see me and take me straight in and yes he went in before a lot of us who have been waiting before him.
