Worst service, completely disorganized and long waiting period approx 2 hours. This is based on my 4 times visit.

If you want to book a long appointment you need to call the reception because they don't let you book it online. I have called 4 times, always been put on hold and waited over 25 minutes and never got through! I wouldn't recommend the place it's really the poor customer service.

The Doctors are great here, if you pre-book in advance for your prefered doctor. Goodluck trying to find an appointment though.usually
booked out a week in advance. Your looking at a minimum 2-3 hour wait for walk-ins. Yes they bulk bill but is it worth it when you can never see the doctor you want to see? Or to just feel like a number. It's very hit and miss.

It should be called Ginninderra Medical & Dental Centre for wasting Time.
Expect to be there half day for a simple blood test.
Doctors appointment booked at 1: 30pm don't get to see the doctor until 3pm.
TERRRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE unless its okay to get your time wasted like that.

I give the centre 5 stars for the simple fact that the skin doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and the new receptionist linda is very polite and chatty and i feel very welcomed, i recommend the skin doctor here to everyone with a skin problem like i do

Dr did not even physically examine me after a fall. Prescribed me the wrong contraception even though i was able to show my previous details on my pharmacist app and prescribed pain relief that had been discontinued for years so i still had to go to another dr after this visit

Long long & long wait. After 2hours wait outside if doctor talk to me on phone than what’s the point to be there

Friday morning i rock up waiting for open and the chick at the desk explained that the dr on had appointments but i could wait and she would try her best to get me seen for my ear ache and you little ripper she spoke with him had me sorted in and out within maybe 20 minutes what a top chick she was even had a good chat while i waited so i dont understand why people complain about the place got me stuffed

I was just on call waiting for 40 minutes to ask a simple question but had to hang up as 40 minutes is ridiculous, especially when the voice recorded message said my call would be answered in 4 minutes, one minute into the call! Don't think you genuinely have that many calls or the recording wouldn't have advise my call would be answered in 4 minutes and then keep me waiting for 40! Terrible.

Came in and all three people on reception just sat and talked to each other or typed on their computer while I stood there in front of them for a few minutes. When they finally acknowledged me and checked me in, they didn't even say sorry.

Worst place ever. Even with COVID test negative but clearly in need of medical attention they refuse to see us.
Front desk people clearly are abusing of their positions and making patients situation worse that it should be. Don’t waste your time.

The staff at Ultrasound reception is very rude and racist! I saw them being very polite to white people but very rude to asians and others. They are very slow and have no etiquette of talking. They just kept on insulting me for no reason. Their system is confusing and they don’t have a proper way of explaining it to new comers!
Very bad experience!

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NEW "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT'
Had an appointment booked for 12: 20pm for my Son, I did this online. At about 1: 10pm, I approached reception and was told I was next to be called.at 1: 40pm, I asked reception what was going on, they told me I had booked a phone call appointment and I was called at 1pm, I showed her my phone, with the booked appointment and NO missed calls, she apologised and said I'd be the next to go in, Doctor comes out, calls in someone else I LEFT at 1: 55pm. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUMP, I thought having appointment times would help but no, same pathetic attempts at customer service, appalling waiting times and general lack of ability, in any area.
WHY CAN'T MINUS STARS BE AVAILABLE?

Dr Patrick Ajulo is one the best Doctors they have. He is quite busy but absolutely 10/10. Extremely knowledgeable and knows how to treat patients from all ages.

Unprofessional. My Ultrasound Appointment was at 1.30pm and went there early as I was told, however by the time i reached the counter it was 1.39pm although there was only a few people waiting in line. Both receptionists were either on phone or doing something else without serving people. Then the receptionist denies to take me in although I was waiting for almost half an hr in line almost bursting my bladder as i had to water prep since 11.30am. After I complained about the wait time she checked with the sonographer who was happy to take me for check up. Wouldn't go back again.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and very poor management, the receptionist do the wrong thing but never say sorry with the customer, hopefully ginninderra medical center pay attention and hire professional and respectful receptionist. Thanks

I've just tried to call 3 times. Twice I've been left on hold for 10 minutes and been hung up on and the third time I was on hold for 43 bloody minutes and after all that waiting on hold I still didn't get to speak to anyone. I'm feeling really sick and this is the worst service I've ever received. What the hell are you doing there ginninderra medical centre?

My wife did the ultrasound to see the baby inside her belly, but the results were so bad. I could not see clearly my baby. It was worse than she did 6 weeks ago. We will not use ultrasound here any more.

Honestly, the waiting times are appauling. If you don't have an appointment you will be waiting for hours. Even with an appointment you can still have to wait up to an hour. Staff are not to bad but I wouldn't recommend at all going to this medical center without an appointment

If you want to see a doctor, please expected half day waiting time for walkin patients, 2 hrs waiting time for booked appointments. And doctors diagnosis skills are.
