Sry unprofessional experience. The doctor though intially late.in their appointment will usher you half away from your appointment, even asking to book another appointment. They are in just as business of minting money, the DUTY of CARE goes out of window. The GP seemed not ver knowledgeable, not trustworthy. Good only for common ailments noting else.
Very disappointed. My experience in Tuggeranong mall with the doctors was much better.

I had an appointment and doctor Khan, he showed cero professionalism, no asked questions nor explanations. Sent me for a test and I have to ask how do I prepare for the test. He sent me to ask the receptionist in front of everybody and told me to make next appointment with a female doctor! Appalling service, unprofessional doctor! As I was leaving I have to make an appointment with UC Medical Center which is not bulk billing but have serious health professionals. I advise you to don’t go there or at least avoid appointments with Dr Khan

I had an ongoing medical issue and upon seeing about 3 different doctors, I saw Dr Koster who took a guess of exactly what it was. I had some tests done and to my surprise, they came back exactly as Louis said they would. He is very prompt and knowledgeable.highly recommended!

Saw Dr Koster today, so unimpressed with how he was. First thing asked me not to bring my nearly 2 year old into the room because he was making noise. Then when in the room i explained that i had a saw throat and headaches no other symptoms asked if i was allergic to anything I informed him i was allergic to antibiotics not just one kinda he told me that by saying that to any dr that they would turn away from me as there is nothing that could be done and said that i could have a medical certificate but thats all he would do for one I dont have an infection so why go straight to antibiotics instead of trying to find the cause think about how you treat your patients that come in and making me feel like my child shouldnt be with me doesnt help i felt like this so called dr didnt care what was going on just wanted myself and child out of the place.

My experience here has been fantastic. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the 2 doctors Koster and Aumarah whom I have had several consultations with. As with any other medical practice there are times when one has to wait longer than expected but that is the nature of the service. The staff at the reception are friendly and obliging.

After some mixed experiences with medical workers it was good to find the professionalism and comprehensive knowledge at the Belconnen Mall Centre. I had a serious infection dealt with promptly. Many thanks to Dr Louis Koster and staff.

I found the service excellent. The reception staff were friendly and accomodating. It’s really easy to book an appointment last minute online.
I’ve also had multiple consultations with Dr Syeda Tausif and couldn’t recommend her enough. I had seen a specialist and another GP regarding a health problem and wasn’t satisfied with their plan for my health. However, after seeing Dr Tausif I felt relieved and happy about my plan and felt as though Dr Tausif thoroughly explained things and made me feel comfortable. Dr Tausif listened to my concerns attentively and put me on the right track to managing my health problem. She ensured proper follow up and she approached any questions I had in a non-judgemental and professional manner. I will definitely be making her my regular GP. She encouraged me to book follow up appointments to ensure my health remained on track. I felt as though Dr Tausif harnessed a person centred approach and understood my concern. She also and did her best to alleviate any issues or doubts I had. Thanks very much.

Discusted with the lack of knowledge of reception staff and the doctor which caused me to come back with an appointment time the next day 49 min drive 20 mins trying to park, I was on time still had to wait 30 mins only to be told I need an MRI next week before they could give me a cortisone Injection which the receptionist had said the previous day was fine, just come in tomorrow and Doc will give you a script you get it at pharmacy and she will inject for you. Firstly why wasn’t receptionist aware this was not correct I said are you absolutely sure as I do not want to come back if not. Absolutely sure she said with confidence, do you need to check with a doctor, no I am qualified to advise! She said. Secondly I have been getting cortisone injections for 10 years, a GP has never said you need an MRI you just get them in the inflamed joint space. Seriously this practice is a joke do not go there for professional medical advice, if they are giving out wrong advice and the knowledge of doctors is obviously very poor if they cannot administer a cortisone injection, don’t waste your time!

Am very upset with this medical centre. With one of the male doctors.
To go there to see why I was always feeling sick after I eat and that I can barely eat because I feel sick. And been getting these pains.
And because I am a big girl. He laughed at me and told me that I’m not going to starve and that it looks like I’ve been eating fine. And then he said that I will be fine. I was disgusted. I will not be going back there. First and last time.

The receptionist are just wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better medical center. The doctors I see are fantastic & they take the time for you they care.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Pillar is easy to built rapport with and very knowledgable. She doesn't rush you and makes you very comfortable. Great with kids! The wait times can vary but I choose to ask how many in front of me when I arrive and knowing how the Dr is with others (as well as me) so waiting isn't an issue.

Waited with my mum for about 45 minutes even high she had an appointment. When asking the front reception "how much longer? " They said they had thought we had already seen the dr. We could have been waiting for hours if we didn't say anything.

Been multiple times in the last 3 months, every time the wait was short (15-20 minutes MAX) and the doctor was helpful informative and thorough

I hope you like to wait. Even if you're first up. Expect a good hour wait if you're appointment is after 12.
