Al Naseer is rude atrocious human being wierd basically you dont want to see him again but you have to hes the only doctor you ever get hes short rude refuses to talk with you or believe you thinks eveything is a lie or made up treats you like lowest class of person screws his face up with disgust if you dare question him this man is 100% useless as a personality the staff are rude as basically the doctors have no idea how revolting the staff are the young white chick is complelty disgusting couldnt smile if she was payed oh hang on she is payed.

Inconsistent service. I booked the appointment for 8: 10 and i reached there on time but it was closed and door was locked. To reconfirm, i checked my mail and text. I got text saying i have appointment at 10am but my mail says it's 8: 10 am. So now i came home and receptionist called me after 30 minutes and said i missed the appointment and had to pay extra 50$ to reschedule. She was not rude but i don't think she listened to what i said. I was there, but she just told me the door was open when she was there. I even took pictures of locked door.

Wow I totally understand all of the one star reviews.

This place is absolutely terrible, shocked that they’re still in business.

The only other time I’ve been here years ago I waited for 50 minutes past my appointment time, despite being told off and lectured at for being three minutes late. At least at that point I was still able to access bulk billing.

This time, I arrived ten minutes early, had to wait over ten minutes thanks to the slow reception staff and very needy other patients. Completely full waiting room.

Fourty minutes after my scheduled appointment time, watching someone be seen by the same doctor who I was booked in with but who was booked ten minutes after me, simply because they’d gone up to reception staff and asked earlier, I got up and left, and had a panic attack.

Completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and have no respect for other people’s time (and money). Not to mention the other people in the waiting room coughing not being told to wear a mask or anything at all.

This place even charges for masks which I haven’t seen at any doctor whatsoever.

Also their billing practices are quite opaque. Only bulk billing for health care cards, pensioners and children under 16. No signs as to how much it would actually be. Was not told when checking in or booking that it would cost or how much it would be.

Understaffed, rude and unknowledgeable staff and terrible time management.

Overall avoid this place at all costs. Medical care is sometimes difficult in Canberra and the fact that this place is even still open just proves this.

Book your appointment at 12pm and you’ll be in the waiting room until 1: 30pm. Receptionists are awfully rude.

Never go there GP Sally she is really unprofessional and didn’t checked properly and charged 100 dollars for 10 minutes consultation and charged money from and said they will pay to pathology and didn’t pay to them never see her.they are disconnected phone if I trying to contact them.

Reception staff seems no have any good knowledge about to give patients the RIGHT information they ve been asked to, that's my literaturally 1st experience of this. Just one girl finally helped me and I was thankful to her.

In general seems unlikely uneducated staff in reception there!

Terrible experienced. There's no point make an appointment but you still wait hours from your appointment scheduled. Also new receptionist the young one, very rude and call me 3 times she thought i run away without make a payment while im stillbin a treatment room. Will never go back there.

Terrible experience the receptionist treated me horribly. Swore at me in her language and called me dumb. I even told her to put me on the call to someone else and she continued being rude, then she told me to hold the line and no one ever answered the line. I’m never going there again!

Why do you have appointment schedule on place if this doesn't work here. Even appointment booked for weeks in advance you still have to wait for hours
It's better to make this clinic to walk in for patients. Staff at counter doesn't have any idea about the appointment and waiting
Very bad service at this place
I am pretty sure no one care here about the patients, owner just making money out of people misery
Expect couple of Doc everything else is bad
Receptionist services are bad to worse

The Doctors will lie to you especially DR SALLY TOSSOUN, About coming back and they will give you a script, even when there not qualified to write that script. I don't need a doctor that only 85% qualified. They can not own there there own practice because there 15% un qualified.that why they work for the government, but I will never have a doctor when they expected the truth off you. But it's alright for them to lie to you. I fine that REALLY APPALLING FROM A DOCTOR' SURGERY. OR MEDICAL CENTRE. THANKS FOR LIEING TO A PERSON THAT HAD LUNG CANCER & 4 RIBS CUT OUT &½ MY RIGHT LUNG. WHY DO THEY HAVE TO LIE THERE SURPOSED TO BE A DOCTOR. LOST ALL MY FAITH IN THEM AND I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE. AND IF I WAS YOU THATS LOOKING YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO ANOTHER MEDICAL CENTRE. THEY ARE THE WORSE ANY WILL SAY ANTHINK SO YOU WILL KEEP GOIMG BACK WHEN THERE NOT EVEN QUALIFIED. SHANE

If you are struggling with mental health issues of any kind, this space is NOT SAFE for you. I am writing this on behalf of my partner, who made an attempt to get himself a mental health plan. He showed up to his appointment 2 minutes late (which he knew wasn’t great but getting yourself out of bed when you are depressed is a challenge in itself) he thought it would be okay still have the 8 minutes left out of his allocated 10 minutes with Dr Jonathon Lolljee. The receptionist were belittling to him for being late, which ended with my partner having a panic attack, instead of supporting him through it and calming him down, they threatened to call the ambulance.
The doctor and receptionist were not kind and did nothing but lecture him about how bad he was, and how they weren’t going to help him. This is dangerous, this place and these doctors/workers could be the last straw for someone who is wanting to end their life.

Terrible experience!   I met Dr Dielenberg. She was neither friendly nor a good listener. She was in rush to finish our session in 10 minutes. How do they expect to solve patients problems in just 10 minutes? They should know that patients are in a vulnerable position and they need a little bit of sympathy.
After leaving the centre I didn't feel positive at all. Dr Dielenberg gave me the impression that I'm an idiot person that is going to waste her valuable time.
If you value your personality just DON'T GO there.

DO NOT book with Dr. Louis Koster! Today was my first time visiting the BMC and it will unfortunately be my LAST. I know how important a good review is, as I read them all the time especially before I visit a place or buy something. So my honest advice for you when booking with the BMC is: Make sure you book with another doctor! I'm sure the other doctors are not as bad as Louis Koster. I have never ever complained about bad treatment from a Doctor before, but I was so unhappy with my visit that I had to let the BMC Receptionist know and anyone else deciding to go there. I have also decided to contact the "Health Care Complaints Commission" to further my complaint. (Yes. It has gone that far)

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor. Refused to see me because I didn’t tell them on the phone that I needed a form signed. Told me
To go away and make another booking that wouldn’t be bulk billed. He Took my forms out to the reception and proceeded to lecture me in front of the receptionist and those waiting about how foolish I was to expect him to do this. Would not recommend. Another doctor there told my partner last week not to donate blood as it is a waste and doesn’t help anyone. If that doesn’t show you how inept this medical centre is i don’t know what will. I’ll never be returning and I would strongly advise anyone looking at booking to go elsewhere.

TERRIBLE handling of patients. Was given instruction by the doctor to call back after my 2nd visit (to nominate HC professional). When I did that, the nurse insisted that I have to book a 3rd meeting with the doctor in order to complete the HC plan. When I asked to speak with the nurse (MARY), she was aggressive and defensive from the start, then proceeded to argue with me (while I shared the doctors instructions) and in the end made a point that she can only do what is good for the business and doesn't care how that affects the patient. Then the nurse hung up on me. Wish I had done my research before booking in with this medical center.as you can see, their reviews are FULL of awful experiences that others have gone through. I tried to explain all of that to the receptionist on my 5th phone call, and her response was 'well that doesn't matter because we have a long line of patients coming in and this wont affect our business'

In short, they are like the Telstra of medical centers in Canberra. Don't care about bad service or helping patients, as their business has a stream of customers already coming in.wish there was a negative rating available, as they don't deserve one star

ps.for the record, the locum doctor I saw twice there, was great in her handling of the situation.

It is misleading to say that this centre is bulk billing. It is not. My husband and I were led to believe it and booked a free flu shot for elders but were told that although the shot was free, we still have to pay a consultation fee which cost $70 plus each. One can get a shot in the pharmacies in the shopping mall between $15 and $35.
