53A very helpful team both out in inspection bays and office front. Special mention to Vanessa on the front desk for her happy approach to her work making it a very enjoyable experience. Great to now be able now do everything in one location - roadworthy, identity check, number plate selection and payment for services.
A whole week before i can get a vin inspection done. Upgrade your resources and staff or open the inspection to non government mechanics.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Big props that you can do the whole lot there at once as it saved me time without having to go to another shop front for plates and rego.
What can I say? But, looking at the wall of custum plates was worth the wait! So many colors, sayings, numbers I took pictures! Guys were nice!
Although they are truck and car vehicle inspectors, they are nice honest bunch of blokes with a great new floor to do there work in and went easy on the old banga I took In. Thanks fellas
A surprisingly easy vehicle inspection. Testing staff were really friendly and easy to deal with.
Making appointments are painful. 40 Minutes on hold, then another 15 minutes to book it; see the correlation? Surely it’s not that hard?
Easily accessible with after hours service available on Thursdays. You must book before heading out there but it isn't difficult to get the time you want. The facilities are very new, the price of inspection is reasonable and the staff are courteous and efficient.
It is just a shame that the registration process isn't handled out there alongside the inspection service - it would make sense.
Car passed and everything but just a big mess around with information they provided me and collecting paperwork needed. Had to make another very unnecessary trip from opposite side of town.
Purely for vehicle inspections, unable to transfer registration also cause that would be convenient.
Checked online to see what was required these days. Made an appointment and was across the pits 30 odd minutes before my allocated time. Staff were efficient and friendly.well done guys!
Had ti have my car looked at, only problem was i didnt know where i was going and little signs dont help. Little more sinage will help
