58 Like travelling back in time- classic public service- everyone busy doing anything but serving the poor paying customers in front of them. How can a business close at 3.45pm in today's age?
Staff seem to be loving the fact they can work even slower due to Covid
They have lost all my documents for transferring the registration. And now I have to pay for another inspection and a week permit. How can people lose documents including my copy of ID and personal information?
Poor slow service, came from NSW to transfer a rego and called the Tuggeranong office the day before to check it would go smoothly. When I got there, I could not get my number plates and no-one would assist, it was all an inflexible, unsympathetic nightmare. And yet the phone hold messages (expect at least a 30 minutes wait on the phone) say "we are working to support our community". So bad, using Covid19 as an excuse to not deliver an essential service.
Welcoming, patient and smiling. They sorted out my registration problem quickly and professionally while they kept safe social distancing. I felt so convenient there. Thank you for your service.
Arrived 8 minutes before closing and was told I had to come back another day. Though there were 2 people in the queue before me
It is hard to find The place as it is located on level 1 while coming from the parking right next to the lift. The location on the map I'd wrong. Many counters to serve. Fast service.the person at the main door was good and she guided pretty well with the process. Pleasant experience overall with plates returns.
All i wanna say is ladies can’t run anything
All the times they need someone to talk, only 5 tables were working and other thing was 2 of them were learners everyone trying to teach them
(everyone was bossy)
There should be some male workers so that public don’t have to waste there time to pay their money
It’s strange u have to wait for ages to waste ur money
Couldn’t fault the professionalism or friendliness of all the people I dealt with here in my last two visits.
Smooth and professional service with a smile and willingness to help in anyway. Access Canberra makes ACT is the envy of Australia.
Would not wish the experience of dealing with these guys on my worst enemy. Awful service, no customer care, different information depending on who you speak to.
Very arogant lady and said to me that she does not know anything about name change form. If u dont know what are you doing there.take ur arogant face away from there.
The workers here seem to hate their lives. Grouchy faces and blunt abrupt service. The irony being they ask for feedback as you are leaving.
It would seem that they now might need to read some of it; and perhaps go someway in hiring staff who maintain high staff morale.
Really a poor service by this centre.
As I applied for few things and they told me you will get an email when everything is done. I wait for around 2 weeks and I called them to check the status of my documents and they told me your documents are missing.
Is it really a good kind of service?
I will think twice before going to this centre.
N S W NEED TO LOOK AT ACCESS CANBERRA EXCELLENT SERVICE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH NO FUSS AND VERY FRIENDLY
Waste a full day of my life sitting here to pay them ridiculous fees. No other business would get away with being so under staffed
Waiting waiting waiting. If you have nothing better to do with your life then this is the place to be. Came here at 12: 15 and it is 1: 41 still waiting
I was recently at the government shop front in Woden and witnessed the frustration of an elderly gentleman who could not pay for something because this particular shop front does not accept cash. Why?
It was suggested to him that he can go to Tuggeranong or Belconnen.
Not very client friendly, especially for elderly clients.
I tried calling the RTA Canberra office on the 14/2/2018 to renew my rego which should really be a simple common process. Firstly I called about 10am in the morning on their 1300 number, waited 30 mins wiih no update as to how long the wait would be or my position in the cue. I ran out of time so hung up, later that afternoon I called again waited another 25mins, spoke to no one, same messages, then I hung up in frustration. I think most mobile phone providers charge by the minute on calls made to 1300 numbers, so im thinking its costing me approximately $30 waiting for the RTA to awnser my call. This is an unexceptionable service by a large local organisation
I would like to see the RTA adopt a better phone support service for their customer, like a lot of other company's do if their is extensive waits to incoming call. The fix would be for the RTA to call their customers back as a sign of courtesy and care, if waiting to the phone is more than 15mins
