Very happy with vetwest this morning. Our cat escaped last night and was in a fight, we showed up at 8.15am not realising they didn't see walk in's until 9am. The vet nurse happily checked him over and the vet popped in and prescribed him antibiotics and pain relief. Very friendly staff and will be our vet of choice from now on:)
We've been taking all of our pets there for over 16 years.
They've been so wonderful with all of our fur babies - and us.
Whether it's been on good days or sad days, they always treat you like you are the most important family on the day. They always follow up with a call the following day if a procedure had been done.
We needed specialist help with one of our dogs and they promptly knew where to go.
Took my 11 year old American Staffy in to have 4 teeth pulled out, staff were excellent, the procedure went great and I have 1 healthy and happy doggo. Big thank you to Vet West Clarkson for looking after my baby girl.
