Highly professional and efficient from the front desk to the vet and back to the front desk. The genuinely cared about my pet and did everything possible to make sure she was properly taken care of.

Vet West are so capable and reliable. We changed from our previous vet following an incident which was life threatening with our cat. Upon ringing our previous vet and stating that our cat was very ill, they told us “sorry everyone was busy”. We then rang Vetwest and they took him in immediately, he is diabetic and his blood sugar had dropped dangerously low and was in real trouble. We have been with VetWest Clarkson ever since.

The receptionist working on May 13th 2020 at 9am is completely unprofessional and has a disgusting manner of talking to people, she demanded money from me (when payment was not due) so she can pay the upcoming bill because I will never be bringing my dog to your clinic again. I’ve spoken to this woman serval times and each time she just gets worse and worse, she has no empathy for the animals at all.
Absolutely f****ing horrible service and she should be fired.

Everyone at Vetwest Mindarie are friendly, kind and so caring with my girls. Highly recommended.

We have been self-isolating due to illness. Unable to take my limping cat to the surgery myself, and unable to find anyone else available to assist, I was touched and surprised when the nurse I was talking to offered to come and get her in her own car. They took.good care of my sweet fur baby and kept me informed of everything, took payment over the phone and then they brought her home to us. You won't find a lot of businesses with that sort of commitment to their customers. We are extremely thankful.

My dog had hurt her leg and after ringing the vets to book an appointment, they explained how they would operate during this self isolation period. I rang them when we were in the car park and they came outside to collect my dog and we had the consultation in the car park. They took my dog inside, examined her and brought her back to me. The nurse came out with the medication and I paid the bill. Extremely satisfied with Vetwest service.

The staff are experienced, helpful, empathetic and always amazing and caring towards our animals no matter how difficult they’ve been at times. They’re honest, give you the best options to support your affordability but they always put our furkids welfare first. Appointments are convenient with the option to book online and the clinic is open excellent hours. We’ve been coming to this clinic with our fur babies for over 18 years and have tried other clinics and ended up back here even if it’s further to go!

I’ve always found the vets at vet west Clarkson so lovely and take their time with your animal. They also take the time to call you after your appointment to see how your pet is doing which I’ve always appreciated. Highly recommend

Receptionist needs guidance on dealing with the public. She was abrupt to the point of rudeness with the client ahead of me and abrupt with me too.
This is the reason I rather drive all the way to the Currambine VetWest.

My dog was hit by a car, bleeding from her legs and head. The receptionist response was "We are fully booked and already have a triage". Showed a complete lack of empathy and compassion. Very disappointed with the service

My GSD got bitten by a snake yesterday. The Staff was very informative and helpful about the treatment and there saved our girl. Thank you to the Doctor and nurses who were on duty that day

Took my cat here as he wasn’t well. Vet nurse suggested he may have feline aids. Was charged $370 for blood tests and antibiotics and anti inflammatory, even tho she didn’t know what she was treating him for, and told that doesn’t include the test for that disease. Literally gave them every cent I had, asked if they could please do the FIV test and come back and pay for it the next day. Was abruptly told no, “you can’t have a test done unless it’s paid for up front” It’s a ten minute test and they couldn’t do it without payment even after taking every cent I had. After speaking to a lot of people about this it seems we were ripped off and treated very poorly. Do not recommend this place to anyone. They care about money. Not the welfare of our pets. $370 and I still have no diagnosis for my sick pet and was given no medication to take home. Shame on them

Have been going here for over 10 years.they have been with us through it all. When my cat Mia had to be put down coz of her tumor location.they were nothing but loving and supportive. Even send us a condolences card after her passing. Cant ask for a sweeter, kind and wonderful people. Nurses, staff and vets have been amazing!

Cant speak highly enough of the service. Staff are really considerate and friendly. I took my dog suschi (18 years old) there to be put down, they were great. After about 10 days I received a handwritten sympathy card. Tears again. I don't think you can get better service anywhere. If I ever get another pet I will definatly go to you guys.
