Sadly We had to say good bye to our Guinea Pig Milo. Service we received from Staff and Especially Dr. Kelly was very Professional yet very caring and Considerate. She did whatever she could possible for Milo and us. Time and Understanding we needed to say our goodbye and even after support was excellent. Receiving a Condolence Letter in the Mail was a beautiful Gesture. Thank you Dr. Kelly and the Team @ The Unusual Pet Vets Balcatta.

Brought our little guinea pig in and the help we received was excellent. Dr Kelly was very clear and understanding and helped us improve the life of our pets! Would recommend to anyone!
