I have two beautiful ferret males and the Osborne park clinic make me feel so welcome and take the best care of my babies, they’re very thorough and explain everything with full detail so you’ll always be kept in the loop.

My visit here over the WA day long weekend was very good. The vet spent around 45 minutes with us talking to us and explaining every including costs that may arise in the future with the issue. My beautiful parrot loved the vet, she doesn't like other people but everytime he left the room, she was waiting at the closest bench for him when he came back in.
I live in Joondalup and Osborne park is the closest avian vet, as Balcatta doesn't have a resident avian vet anymore. It's definitely worth the travel for the expertise and care I received.

They have been very mean to me over the past few days and they don't care about my emotional wellbeing even though I'm autistic and very sensitive. Lucinda is the only vet worth seeing.

A big thanks to Dr. Kelly for seeing our guinea pig, Mr. P today. She was so lovely and was able to provide all the information & more! We’re happy to know that our piggy is happy & healthy with the help of Kelly cutting his nails. Price was reasonable for an overall checkup. Highly recommend bringing your little loved ones to Dr. Kelly

I came in with my very ill rat, Einstein, who unfortunately passed away. The vet took him in immediately and began stabilising him, and gave me the options. I decided euthanasia was the best thing to do in his condition. The vets and nurses were so supportive, understanding and patient. They gave me time with him and even took his little paw prints. They were very sympathetic and gave me a lot of time. I even paid much less than I expected to.
Today I unexpectedly received a letter in the mail from them. It is a handwritten card with a beautiful photo of a rat on the front and a packet of Everlasting Daisy seeds that I will be planting over Einstein’s little burial spot. This is the most thoughtful thing I have ever gotten and I am so grateful for the amazing staff at UPV. Thank you so much for all you do, I appreciate you guys ️

Easy online booking system. Did not have to wait at all in the waiting room. Best Vet I have been to. Dr Holly was awesome. My guinea pig was very well looked after.

Here is the kindest vet I ever met! My back yard lovely wild baby bird was very sick and they agreed to treat it freely. Great place and very kind staff!

Extremely happy with these guys took my little one latte here for neutering, vaccines and microchip on friday, they answered all questions I had and went through the medication with me ever so nicely, they took the time on the phone aswell when I called to explain all the costs and how it all goes, highly recommend these guys for any little creatures you have will be back next year with my little girl flopsy

I had a very sick bunny that unfortunately we had to give the final act of kindness. The staff were so wonderful and understanding. Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The Unusual Pet Vets provided great care for our ratties.

They were especially kind when it was time to get our last rat put to sleep, taking extra time and care to explain the proceedure to us, and ensuring that our animal was as comfortable as possible. They even took the time to make a little print of her paws Can't recommend them highly enough for end of life care for small or unusual creatures.

For some proceedures and medications, they are a little more expensive that other vets - I've always been happy to pay a bit extra due to the quality of their service. However, they are always very transparent about costs.

So unbelievably appreciative of these guys!

The vet that i saw for my eclectus parrot knew his stuff. He was very professional and had this calming effect which i really appreciated as lets face it a bird doesnt often go visiting places so im sure my buddie would have been quite frightened.
He prescribed my bird with obviously what he needed as he is fit and well again, hats off to u guys Unusual pet vets!

The UPV have taken care of our two rabbits for the last seven years or so. We have experienced nothing less than incredible compassion and care, not only for our little friends, but for us as well. They always consider things outside the box, and provide knowledge and education to help us further enrich the lives of our critters. The entire team treated our rabbits as not just patients, but as guests, so we were always one degree away from getting quick updates and answers to our queries. The team will make sure that all issues are addressed to the greatest capacity before the end of a visit. The new Osborne Park clinic is a much more focused and calm environment, which avoids the otherwise excitable nature of general vet clinics. Thanks to the UPV team.

They say they care for the animals they don't. All they care about is the money side of things. Wish I never went there in the first place.
