Ordered a cooler online week and a half ago. Online it said it would only take 3-5 days. Called up only to find it still wasn't in stock but Malaga had a lot. Why not just get one from them or ring me to tell me that rather than wait for me to call a second time and suggest it! Lady on the phone was helpful in that she said i could get one from Malaga but guy who sold it to us wasn't.

When you turn your head around you can see at least one or two good guys are ready to support you in there about the item you are aftering.
I purchased my Fridge Freezer French Door recently and I am very happy about that because everything done very quickly and well organised.
To compare this store in Osborne Park with other good guys, I have to say the environment and friendly staff made me to come back for my next inquiries in there.
Thanks to Delivery staffs as well during these busy and burning days.
Well done Good Guys

Just bought a washing machine here and the service was phenomenal. The salesman answered all of my questions and gave several options in my budget. Then even helped me choose by showing me the differences between the models. Thankyou Marco for a simple and easy experience. Highly recommend.

Great customer services experience. Vanessa and the manager resolved the complex issue in a timely and very satisfactory manner. We ended up spending (even) more money with them on upgrading the replacement and are very happy with the outcome. Just browsing through the store, I was asked on several occasions if we needed help. Very knowledgeable staff. Thanks so much for taking the time to look after your customers, we really appreciate it.

We bought a Nespresso coffee machine from here and we are so happy with the machine and taste of coffee, the salesperson, Joanna is a very friendly and informative person, she let us know all the offers we could get and, she is very helpful.

I wish I could give them zero star!
I returned a mobile phone and a few accessories for refund. Still after over 5 months, I have not received my money back. Each time when I call them, they come up with an excuse.
Not recommended at all.

Kudos to Tony and Mclane for their help today! They both took the time to answer every question I had, and to make recommendations.
I just know I'm going to love my new stick dyson way more than the vacuum cleaner I went in to buy. Thank you!

Absolutely worst service ever!

I purchased a $600 item from this store today (which i had been quoted cheaper just the day before at another Good Guys store) but after charging my card and taking the money the staff returned and told me they didn't have any stock and told me i had to drive 30mins north to Joondalup to collect.

I requested that they transfer this item to a closer store for me and the Manager on duty today told me he can do that for another $60.00.

The staff were friendly enough and seemed to know what they are talking about but the complete lack of respect and refusal to accept any ownership / attempt to find a solution from this Manager resulted in me requesting a full refund and wondering how this guy has a job there never mind a management position.

Completely unacceptable if you ask me.

Irfan the TV man what a font of knowledge.
I recently purchased a TV from Good Guys Osborne Park using the knowledge of Irfan to select the best buy.
Accurately factual, confident, extensive knowledge and somehow on a very busy night great attitude and courtesy.
Recently I returned to the store a number of times with a small problem. The team in Good Guys store tried unsuccessfully to help before being placed in the capable hands of the makers call centre.
Without a solution I made a point of talking to Irfan who within 5 minutes understood the problem provided the answer and left me in no uncertainty that Good Guys would work to resolve the problem.
I commend and thank Irfan

Store room was under staffed and unequipped to handle customers. Managers need to put in place better procedures to handle customer flow and ensure that other staff don't have to cut their breaks short to maintain customer service. Running on a skeleton crew isn't good company management and is stressful for staff.

Make sure to ask for a manager if you need to return a faulty appliance as the front staff don’t seem to know how to handle the situation anymore (lacking common sense and sympathy). I don’t know what happened to the great employees there but the new ones clearly need to be trained on how to care about the customers, even more to those who comes back twice for a faulty appliance! Don’t try to waste your money bringer’s time telling them to take back a faulty rice cooker!

Appalling customer service from a woman who tried to sell me something I didn't want and wouldn't listen to me. Extremely rude, won't be going back.

The store has alot of merchandise which is great and the staff are helpful with discounts just that when they got my order wrong and I spend alot of money at this store the assistant manager who is female was so rude and ignorant I had to call head office and have them deal with her boss due to her bad attitude. She doesn't realise there is a difference between being assertive and being wrong and then being rude and aggressive and in denial about it. There is no argument I had an online invoice I was given the incorrect product by a staff member therefore refund me when I return the wrong product to your store in Osborne park or replace it with the correct product stated on my invoice. SIMPLE.but not so for the female assistant manager she needs to have her phone calls recorded for quality assurance and just common sense that she is not right for the job.simple as that

We had to go to the front desk where there were three staff chatting to ask for service.
They called someone else to come serve us. I bought my item 2 days ago, I’m about to go get it replaced because it’s faulty

I Knew what I wanted to purchase but not what brand or price range would best suit me. Sales assistant was very helpful and informative guiding me to a mid range, well reputed article.

Didn't think the customer service was that good, seemed like they weren't very interested in answering any questions and had better things to do.
Disappointing, I'll shop elsewhere.

Stay away from this place. I returned a Black KitchenAid Kettle 10 months old into a two year Warranty. Was informed no stock of Black, need to wait four weeks for new one, okay fine. However the new stock is an upgraded model so I need to pay $96 more, why? ! I purchased a number of Black KitchenAid items, yes it was on sale but now being held to ransom to pay full price later when it needs replacement even though its under Warranty. Terrible customer service, I said you will be replacing this faulty kettle with a new one from KitchenAid right? What is the difference? $96 more to replace a faulty kettle? Scam artists. Its not easy to get return customers, I am gone for life and will spread the word to everyone I know to stay away. Harvey Norman down the road is bigger. Kitchen Warehouse across the carpark 100 x better service and even cheaper!
