Wanted to buy microwave, Waited n waited, went to cashier and they said will send someone, waited n waited, went again and came someone who is not friendly at all, a lady called Jay, not interested at all to assist customer who needs assistance. Not returning.

Poor management. They don’t have communication between teams. Front staff arrogant with poor training to deal with customers.

Store is very understaffed. The gent that helped me with my carpet cleaner didn't have the knowledge on the products to accurately explain the difference between different models. As the solution that comes with the machine was only a sample size, we ordered a full size cleaning solution which I was told would be ready on the Tuesday (3 days later) and 3 weeks later still haven't received my product. When I called they suggested I come in for a refund and get product elsewhere.that's fine - COVID makes deliveries late, I get that. But then to find out that the sales person on day one had actually ordered the wrong cleaner all together disappointed me.
Those issues on their own wouldn't warrant a review like this, on three occasions I tried calling to see if my order had arrived, the phone would just ring out until finally someone answered on the third try.

When in store, the front desk was chaos.the phone (which usually i am on the other end of) was ringing off the hook, yet not once in the 10 minutes I stood there did the phone get answered. They had stores people talking to one another all through the store, but when they saw +5 people waiting in line to be served, not one thought to go put a sale through.

The people who work there are nice enough, this comes down to management understaffing their shifts, and not providing enough product training for their teams. Perhaps if its too much to learn all products, that they have assigned people to certain areas who can be a product specialist.just a suggestion.

Anyway, hopefully management take this feedback on board.

I bought a few appliances with the help of Marco. He showed me a good range of options for my budget and answered all questions I had. He greatly assisted me until I was done and also had a good chat.

We had a great experience buying a Panasonic air con the other day. The staff (Susan, Adam and another lady) were very helpful in organising the stock from another store for us. Thank you very much! Aaron

Plenty of parking but in store service is a little lacking. I understand that everyone has their own areas but about 20 mins in no one asked if I was needing assistance. And then had to wait at the counter waiting to pay even though there were 3 employees there. Then someone walked in to return something and they got served before I did. Honestly priorities are a bit lacking.

BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY COOKTOP!
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

I got a Bosch cooktop. We paid good guys for the installation $289. Good guys sent a plumber through Changeover Renovation to install the cooktop. The plumber came and said the bench top need to be cut by few cm. Then he took the old cooktop with him. He could have put the old cooktop back but he said he cannot do that. I had to call back and forth to Daniel in good guys and changeover renovation. At the end I had to pay another $250 to cut the bench. So, what I paid for the installation for good guys was total waste of money. I also couldn’t cook any food for 5 days.
Daniel from good guys needs to be retrain or dismissed from his job because he was rude and slammed the phone. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Then I ask for Daniel’s boss Mark, he was one step worse. I don’t know how good guys are select their employees who has poor and rude customer service skills.

Bought some small appliances just prior to Xmas at this Good Guys store. As a former Customer Services supervisor it was the over riding thing I remembered most about this store. The service was definitely not satisfactory. Asked two staff members for advice and both times there was no greeting, no smile and definitely no urgency or desire to help. Disappointed with their service.

Zero if had an option. Crew here cannot give you definite answers when asked. It feels as if they don’t know what to answer. I have been here twice and have left disappointed both times. Don’t think I’ll visit this place again.

Westinghouse fridge, just over two years old, stopped keeping fridge cold. Contacted national office, email reply it was to be dealt with by Osborne Park. Had also rung Osborne Park direct. In short, every time we rang, someone promised to get back to us, never did, we call back, no record of previous calls (or the national enquiry despite bot email reply), had to keep ringing all week as no action forthcoming (e.g. “that guy’s away today”), culminating in being told on Friday “Oh it’s Black Friday so everyone is too busy to help today, can you call back next week? ”. Five days, no action, now injecting a further weekend wait with no fridge. Eventually delegated off to Westinghouse, repairer arrives on Tuesday (now 8 days), very competent and did a great job explaining the issue, but requires another 7 days for parts (software/firmware fault requires us to keep fridge defrosted). Good Guys Osboren Park clearly have no CRM, or if they have it don’t use it, and were more focused on future sales than support to an existing customer.

Went on to buy a fridge from them with a premium delivery. The sales person told me with premium it only cost 25 dollar more and they will connect everything for you including the water. To my surprised on delivery day, all they did just drop the fridge and do nothing else. When ask they said it's not their job. When i called back the store unfriendly staff was telling me all the premium services included is just plug in the electric power to the outlet. I just want to make sure no one will fall for the sales person lies from this shop. I will never shop here or any other GOOD GUYS ANYMORE. THEY ARE BAD GUYS AND GOOD LIER.

This Osborne Park store refused to price match to Bunning's cheaper price. This old man said Bunnings isn't Good Guys' competitor which is ridiculous. I never had bad experiences with Belmont and Cannington stores and they always price matched items from Bunnings. I will never go to this store.

Shopping is not my favourite thing, unless I know exactly what I want - IN, then OUT.y
Vanessa was an outstanding customer agent. Most importantly for me, she was extremy knowledgeable and had a no fuss, can do attitude. I got to choose my vacuum cleaner and new TV at the best price she could get me. She is great at her job; thank you Vanessa for brightening up my day! This girl needs a promotion and/or raise:)

The cook top section sales woman was too busy talking to one their tradesman about personal matters to serve us.

She left us hanging for good 15 mins even after front desk paged her to assist customers in that area.

Purchased a dyson hair dryer and went back for customer care but I was not satisfied with their customer service. I do not recommend this store at all as they have no idea about delivering customer satisfaction (even one star is too much)

My coffee machine was not working properly anymore after i used it for 4 years.so i went to the good guys Osbourne park on Saturday.

The salesperson Johanna, explained me everything very well and helped me to choose the best one for my needs.

I ended up buying the Nespresso Vertuo capsule one.she also prepared a nice Latte for me.

Very happy with my purchase.
