The Good Guys Osborne Park

I am so impressed by the professionalism of the Team at The Good Guys Osborne Park, I purchased a Sony Oled TV, what a wonderful experience right from the start both Adam & Jigar we’re incredibly helpful, they show me their range making it easy to find the right TV for me.
I had it professionally installed again the Team were outstanding Joe & Gary did a great job, just brilliant all round. Many thanks

I ordered a fridge today from the osborne Park branch. I had to do the order through my friend as I am not tech savvy. I cannot praise Tensin the salesman highly enough. He went above and beyond his duty to help us out. An absolute delight to deal with. Give that man a raise. Also a big shout out to Taylor in admin for her incredible help. We made a purchase at this store and were informed by the staff member that there was a cash back deal for that item. There was even a sticker on the display unit to show this, which is why we chose the particular product. After not being able to access the supposed deal, I spent much time following up the store, but they have ghosted me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend a store that don’t follow through on deals they are promoting.

Phone keeps hanging up when I called, also takes a while to ring once the number is dialled, weird

100% costumer service, I went in to check an portable AC could not find the specific one which I was looking for but no words to describe this peoples costumer approach process and try help costumer find what they were looking for.

Bought a laptop there today and the salesman could not have been more helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

My Dad and I went to get some wireless earbuds and Grace who serviced us at the Osborne Park store was great! She was really friendly and helpful! What we would call truly good customer service!

Too many staff too little service, click and collect item took 6 people to finally get my dryer out of the warehouse, told by one staff member while he was on his mobile “I’m on my break” and don’t care had to phone the store to get someone to collect my item…. Never again, never ever, rude dismissive, second rate service desperate for your cash, we want your money but we don’t want you mentality

Visited this store on 15th Jan and was unpleasantly served at the counter by a rude and passive aggressive girl.

Brendan at Osbourne park has been so helpful in finding us the best options and prices for our full kitchen and home theatre renovation. He had great knowledge about all the products and made our selection so much easier. Thank you!

Just bought a washing machine and glad Irfan was there to provide advice. He was highly knowledgeable. All staff I dealt with were great! The cashier was super friendly and helpful! Sorry forgot to ask her for her name. Otherwise we were approached by a couple other staff on the floor to check in if we needed assistance which we didn’t but it was nice to see that the staff were happy to offer assistance! Although I no longer live NOR I would be happy to make the commute to visit the Osborne Park store! Thanks Irfan and the team

Great in store, they did not reply to emails, did not return phone calls, despite opting out to all promotions I am still being spammed.another retailer in the same suburb has bolstered their bank account with our business!

Not helpful at all. Purchased most of appliances for new place and was marketed for the concierge warranties. Subscribed to the 5 of them for the concierge credits. Unfortunately, those concierge credits were the nightmares! 5 of them instead of coming at the same time because we purchased all appliances at the same time they came at random different time and had a short expiry (4 days only) which we were NOT told when we subscribed to this. Hence, I had most of the credits just went expired. Went there to ask the assistant in regards to this issue and they were not be able to do anything. Contacted the concierge service and they just replied that once it has expired, they cant do anything about it. Classic. Feels like being scammed, especially with the short expiry and random time.

Better buy the appliances online next time which prices are cheaper since you dont have to spend extras on this useless concierge thingy + delivery.

On the weekend I went into your store and recieved amazing customer service from a young man named Corey, He helped me purchase a TV. Im not very tech savy but he explained everything without making me feel stupid. He was very polite and respectful. Thanks Norelle

Staff is very unprofessional and definitely not customer focussed.
I could have walked out with any item, they wouldn't have noticed
