79The staff at kitchen section was rude, decided to purchase from other store. Busy typing an order, didnt even listen when I was trying to show him the published price online was lower. Mentioned twice but he simply decided to ignore and went “here we go that’s the price” … really? Worst customer service.
I have been trying to call the store no answer very bad. Do you guys want business or not. I will try for the third time & if you don’t pick up the phone I will do elsewhere it’s shocking
Bought a TV here about 18 months ago. The remote died so I went back to buy a replacement. One of the guys checked out the back & came out with a ‘spare’. No cost.
Talk about a great feeling. Thank you.

Just wana say that I had great customer service from these guys this morning. Went to pick up a computer screen and was met promptly by a sales guy. I asked a bunch of dumb questions since I really don’t know that much about them, like connectivity and differences between low and high cost screens. The man answered very simply and in a non-condescending way, even explaining the benefit of curved screens and whether I would need that or not. Made it easy to make a decision and then gave my details to the man. Then I took the screen up to the front counter to pay and she had the order already logged, which made payment easier and faster. Will definitely be back to this place, they really are good guys
Ordered a vacuum cleaner online and because my wife didn't select me as the person to collect they wouldn't give it to me. I tried to resolve the issue in store but just got told no. Surely You'd have a option to go back into your order and select someone in your behalf. My solution: Cancelled the order to get a refund and went to another store that wasn't The Good Guys.
We organised delivery and went with the premium option for an urgent replacement. On delivery day the Toll truck failed delivery because they couldn't park and wouldn't use our options there. Calling Good Guys to find a solution, we got given no help, and told to sort it out ourselves. Ridiculous customer service.
Good service from Irfan instore sales. Goodguys online offer redemption system is very slow, still waiting for response. 5 Stars for the store based on product availabilty and professional service.
Would give a 0 star if I could, worst costumer service provided by their employee named Ben. We went to go purchase a fridge, microwave and a washing machine. Had to ask Ben to help us, which he was happy about, but after asking for a price match on the fridge we wanted, he decided we as customers were not worth the time. He told us that he can price match and told us he will be back in a minute. Ten minutes later we had to look around for him just to find him and several other employees standing in a circle having a good chat. We left with our fridge and got our washing machine, microwave and a TV from Harvey Norman, who gave a fabulous service. Safe to say we won’t be returning and neither will our friends and family.
Ordered a Vax cordless end of Dec. None were in WA. Was told to pay the full price give my contact details and as soon as the stock arrived they’d call.
Called today as I hadn’t heard and was told my contact details weren’t on the system. Have my purchase order number and was told my order had been cancelled. The stock had come in and been dispersed but not mine as it had been cancelled. He knew it wasn’t by me as I’d paid the full amount.
I was offered the demo model or to pay more money to get another model because the one I paid for wasn’t going to be in stock.
Imagine my disbelief. I went to the store and said if I see Jade (who sold and took my money) I will not be happy. The young man couldn’t have been nicer and I know it want his fault. BUT, at what stage does someone cancel someone’s order, delete their contact number and not reimburse their money back to them? If I hadn’t called how long would Good Guys have kept my money?
I will never go back to this organisation.
What a shame. How disgraceful is their admin - who cancelled my order is what I’d like to know. Bad Guys not Good Guys.
Had a problem with a Hitachi TV (not good guys fault) the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly, and I came away happy with the service and the TV replacement

Not helpful.chessing the special offers but not working. With the malaga store is much more helpful. Last time bright a flault LG TV lost sound within 3 days.
Appalling service. Bought new Samsung TV. Had a cracked screen, 3 weeks later still trying to get it replaced. Tried to phone, too busy so got cut off. Will never buy from here again. They insinuated I had been using it, tested and found it to have been on for minutes not hours.
We had a problem where an appliance did not fit they not only were understanding about our issue but resolved it without and fuss. A real pleasure to deal with. Great wok Good Guys
Super chilled out people at the store. The managers are great and friendly! The staff there are helpful and are willing to go out of their way to find items. Great relaxed vibe and wide range of variety. Massive place!
Worst after-sales service I have ever experienced - trying to resolve a problem with one of two identical, reputable name-brand electrical goods that failed less than five months after purchase. If there was a zero stars option, it would have been chosen. Experiences like mine are the death-knell of the brick-and-mortar stores and the retailers - why bother with the intermediaries when you have to deal directly with the manufacturers for satisfactory service and warranty outcomes?
We had BRILLIANT service from Vanessa who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She was however in her section alone on a weekend and being stalked and scowled at by other customers waiting while she served us (we bought a whole kitchen worth of appliances) which was uncomfortable for everyone. Not the first time I have noticed this store grossly under staffed - had to hunt for someone to sell me a TV last time I was there, again once I found him he was great but there just aren't enough people on the floor.
The worst service I have ever received and extremely rude. Don’t think I’ll be shopping here again anytime soon.
I bought a dishwasher today from Lucy at the Osborne Park store and had a fantastic and honest service. Lucy took her time to explain different brands and also work with me for something on my budget.
Lucy was patient and knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks again Lucy!
