I was returning a damaged item that was 18 months old but never opened. The customer service I received was excellent. Every person I had contact with could not have beef more helpful. Thank you, very much appreciated

My brand new TV Stopped working. I took it back and it was obviously under warranty so they sent it off to get fixed. A couple of months passed and I finally got it back. Not only was the tv stand and screws missing, but it was absolutely filthy and greasy!
I will never buy another product from this business again.

Lovely young lady served me nothing too much trouble explained the merits of each washing machine which guided me to my final choice. The delivery was the next day WOW great delivery guys so quick had the machine installed in no time took old machine away. Have used the front loader Boch twice so far so good. Poor service every time i go there they never have the item im looking for they advertise that a item is in stock on the website when in reality the people working there say they have never even heard of the product i went for a simple desktop dehumidifier and they are not negotioble in bigger items i bought a fridge there and they would not budge in price even when i was paying cash il be making all purchases on the internet from now on

I pestered these guys about a warranty replacement on a blown TV. The customer service staff are polite but slow and blamed Samsung. Management need to do something about your replacement speed for customers that have concierge level whatever it is.the staff took my consistent calls and tried to help. At least to the best their managers will allow

Great shopping experience helpful friendly staff. Everything was great except for delivery. Delivery was mucked up badly. So if you purchase from these guys which i highly reccomend that you do. Just triple make sure they got the delivery details right.

The Good Guys Mandurah has a great selection of electrical goods, Very friendly staff and reasonable prices
