The Good Guys Mandurah

Usually have good shopping experience at Good Guys Mandurah but last visit left the store very upset at treatment from cashier. Sure their computer system may be state of the art but it may cause some confusion to the older generation. No need for the cashier to get all gnarly over it!

Ordered a fridge to be delivered it was scheduled to be delivered to the wrong address, called and arranged for it be delivered to the right address, was told it would take another day and I'd receive a timeframe for drop off, never did they attempted to deliver it when i wasn't home and failed to call took it back to toll, when was told I'd have to wait another day Friday delivery ended up being Sunday.

These guys are an absolute nightmare to deal with!
Previous customer reviews state that the staff are rude and customer service is poor this is 100% correct I can only assume that they are part of a negative workplace environment as they are intentionally rude and a positive approach to customer service is non existent.
If I had all day I would explain how poorly we were treat by multiple female staff over the space of several months but I don’t. Just be warned they are not nice to deal with and I recommend people steer clear and drive the extra 15 minutes to the next store or do not use good guys all together.
And no I am not after a “sorry you feel that way sir” response from the owner.

Great service from the Telstra Lady she is the best that has happened in our move to Ravenswood. Fixed up all the problems that Telstra main stream found too hard. Quite frankly she needs to be commended for her extended customer service! Give her a pay rise!

Pushy salesman won't go there again, too much useless information liked the sound of his own voice which was loud enough for other customers to hear

Stacey who served me at the register was very rude, after asking me my name three times and spelling it wrong twice I raised my voice so she could hear me better and she accused me of being rude. I have been a loyal customer of the good guys, but may think twice in future.

Great service and they provided a quick replacement. Very helpful and great to purchase from. I would highly recommend them for fridges and electrical

Had a gift card and went in to buy an air fryer! Not much choice but understandable with COVID but bought the NINJA, now see the same item at jb hi fi and bing lee for $150 cheaper. WHY? Ripped off, I should return hey.

I did the research before walking in to this store and another well known retailer, can't beat GG, staff, selection, range, delivery service and their willingness to just Please the Customer

Great service.prices aren't bad either. I always buy my electrical goods from here for that reason.

I went to the good guys to get a Bluetooth headset for the computer. Before I could finish explaining what I needed the customer service rep cut me off. Then showed me something that was the most expensive option before walking off when I went back to ask again I got cut off again because he needed to ring back store and got caught up in a conversation not relevant to what I needed. I found the staff blunt and not helpful today.

Girls are great

Brought a new vacume cleaner today, got the concierge service and get 3 $20 vouchers a year for 3 years to spend in the store LOVE the GOOD GUYS and the staff as awsome

I purchased a washing machine and when I came to pick it up a week later it had been sold to someone else! Very shabby service and will NEVER shop here again.
