Tracey is terrific. Clearly hard working and efficient she was also able to advise us to buy the goods that suited our purpose and budget. Very happy with the goods and prices.

In my opinion the team members here are really unhelpful unless you’re looking to buy a tv or iPhone they don’t really seem to care and you have to walk up and tell them oh I am looking to buy this no one is really urgently looking to help you. And makes you feel out of place if you are in close to the closing time. Felt this way a couple of times

Recently I had a TV replaced under warranty. I found good guys mandurah easy to work with in particular Stacy on front counter. She was helpful, polite and knowledgeable.thanks so much

Tracey is absolutely next level in superior customer service! Ask for her, you will NOT be disappointed! Very clean store with excellent product range. And the process for purchasing is extremely slick. Great shopping experience!

Looking to purchase a water filter, the product was on display but was not available anywhere else.

I asked the sales agent if there were any In stock. Unfortunately there were 4 on order but not in store yet. I asked the agent could I reserve one and be contacted when they come into store. I had a sharp reply, No.

There was no customer service, no care, no explanation.

A very poor service.

I felt like due to there not being an immediate sale, the sales agent had no interest in my purchase what so ever.

I left the store.

Wow, a lovely lady hung up on me in frustration. They are unable to assist when you are unable to claim a cash back online. Online support has given no reply to emails, no reply to calls to service centre. Only staffed until 2pm Perth time. As always beware Cash Backs and look for a different company to deal with. Mandurah staff told me it's company policy to direct all enquiries to a support number (which has failed to assist). As I stated if it were my store dealing with real people, as the manager I would take an interest when Offers are not able to be redeemed. Instead she said "do you want a job then" and hung up. I understand your frustration after a whole 5 minutes talking, however if you sell Offers to people that cannot be redeemed after several hours of trying, I can assure you my frustration is much higher than yours. What happened Good Guys, you used to be the Good Guys and care. All for a $40 cash back on a Weber BBQ, what a waste of everyone's time.

Went in to Goodguys to look for a coffee machine for my partners birthday. I knew nothing about the machines, so I waited around for a few minutes then approached a guy if he could send someone to the coffee machines for help. He called across the radio so I went beck to the section. I waited for over 20 minutes with no service and left the store quite agitated.
Came back with my partner a couple of hours later and we waited around for about 15 minutes, getting agitated again while watching two staff discussing something at one of the terminals. I was approached by a lady (Molly), who had just finished serving someone, who asked if we needed help. I replied I would love some help, also explained the length of time I had been waiting twice now.
Molly was very apologetic and polite but more so very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I work in retail and if it wasn't for the perfect service from Molly I would not have come back to Good Guys. Please thank her for me and acknowledge her excellent customer service.

Abysmal on service. First time to my dying sister, I finally got over it and went back. First 'assistant' wandered off to find out the price of local delivery.she never returned! 2nd 'assistant' confirmed that local delivery would be costly and untimely, more for each item I bought and then interrupted our discussion on 4 items to wander off and serve others. So much easier to go to Appliances Online.

Looked around for a staff member for assistance. Went to checkout to seek help, they called someone, I was asked to wait in small appliances & someone would assist me.
Waited & waited, no-one came, so I left the store dissatisfied.
Called Harvey Norman on my mobile from the car, they had what I needed in stock & were very helpful unlike the Other Guys.

So happy I decided to purchase my IPhone 12 and change my phone plan at the Good Guys Mandurah. Becky was so helpful and such a nice person - so easy to talk to She helped me out so much from saving aheap of money off my new phone bills to helping me get my photos off my old phone and starting up my new.
