70I have purchased a lot of products from Good Guys and always get great service and advice. I made a phone call today with a problem with a microwave, the young lady got it sorted within minutes. She was so helpful and friendly. I wish I’d remembered her name, but I hope all the staff are made aware that their customer service is fabulous!
I just brought a fridge, washing machine and hot jug and the service we had from Mitch. R was top quality he was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Distinctly pathetic. Order placed for a paticular date not fulfilled because they don't have the item. In today's age how can you not know whether or not you even have the item that you're selling.
Sales staff simply tell you to call a number which is AI, and the Artificial Intelligence has no intelligence at all and hangs up on you. There is absolutely NO customer service at all. Absolutely disgusting.

Came in today to check out the new Breville Barista Pro & Express. Had Matia show me what was on offer on both machines. Then she sold me on the delonghi La Specialista Mint green Coffee Machine. Completely different from what I was after but so happy with the price given, I couldn’t say no. I walked out a very happy customer. Thank You Good Guys and thank you Matia.
Bought a Bosch flexxo pet pro from this store asked for the best price paid $355 on Wednesday 21 /12 /22 not 2days later same vacuum on sale for $199 I will never buy anything from this store again a company of this size would notify the stores at least a week before any price reduction and to say they new nothing about the reduction is not quite true this is how good guys treat its customers as long as they make money out of people they don't care they are willing to rip off people who can least afford it go to Harvey Norman instead at least they match prices and give a better deal
Around a month ago I purchased a eufy Security eufyCam 3 4K Wireless Home Security System (4-Pack).
The setup was plagued with difficulties to include syncing failure with one camera and then having a faulty camera which would not hold its battery charge.
I really liked the concept of these WiFi cctv cameras with lithium batteries backed up by solar recharging but the movement detection was limited and unreliable. In particular my primary purpose to buy these cameras was to record boats passing my house living on the canal. Please note these cameras are not adequate for this purpose and don’t record a vessel moving through the salt water canal.
However I appreciate this may not be generally known by the retailers and I only have praise for everyone at the Good Guys!
It’s not about the problem with the product it was my total satisfaction on how they managed all the setting up issues and then finally refunded in full when after several weeks of adjusting and testing it was very clear that in my case these cameras were not fit for the purpose.
I have since had hard wired cctv installed which have greater movement detection and record everything.
Without hesitation the Good Guys refunded in full.

Want to purchase a new stick, vac, split system air con with install, and washer/dryer.
Was approached by Dave, who had the worst customer service. Upon telling him what I was after, and asked him about the bosch stick, his answer was this is top to bosch crevis tool, no extra heads.no other advice, no specs no information on the product at all. So didn't purchase, went to air con was needing to purchase a split system 3.5kw, was just give the names of the air cons and told Panasonic was the quietest, asked about install, was told 695 for B2B, told him I was not back to back, and would need the tech to have a look for firm price, was told you just pay extra on the day.said there is no one to look, and it's 695 and any extra no pre amount.sorry not having someone install an aircon without a solid amount.
Left the store without looking at washing/ dyer combos, asked to speak with managers was told by another TM they are not here today.
Total disappointment, as I had budgeted 10,000 to purchase my goods today.
Staff member assisted greatly with my choice of product i.e. Heater and electric blanket. His knowledge of the products expedited my decisions. I have mobility problems and was very happy with his follow-up assistance, loading the four bulky parcels into my vehicle.
Nothing available, went in for a clothes drier as their website says they had driers in stock. Wrong, only 1 drier in stock and not available for 24 hrs. I went to JB hifi and bought a drier, took it home and put it to use.
Really bad back up service
There happy to take our money but when it’s a faulty product they pass the buck!
Our whole family will never never buy anything from the Mandurah store again.

The Home appliance section is hopeless. They promise follow-up but never respond as promised.
I called them and asked if they had a product in stock they said yes the last one and it’s in his hands they sent me the link to pay for it right then and there to insure I got it I had to drive all the way down to pick it up just to get told they don’t have it and it was never there to begin with
Amazing service I can't remember the lady that served me but it was wonderful that she was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely going to be a return customer.
Has to be the worst store that the staff have no idea what there talking about products we have been there twice and it's the same thing they don't care how to look after you and give advice about the product they don't know anything about we ended up going to JBHIFI next door and they were a great help and ended up buying there both times we will never go back to the Good Guys Mandurah.
