Once you buy a product from their store and fell in an unfortunate category of receiving a faulty item, you will be left swinging between the store and manufacturer without any resolution. Now its your luck how quick that will end, mine is lasting for more than 6 weeks.

Useless! Sold us an aircon unit plus installation - it isn't working - the installer blames electrolux and they blame the installer. Good Guys do NOTHING we have spent the last 5 months trying to get it sorted.

Just I bought the 75" tv. The first time tv turn on and suddenly screen went black. I called good guys and they said we will someone to see it s your fault or tv s betoken after one daywith many calls. I went to the good guy in person and realised they requested to repair not replace and they are lied to us. One star isn't my rate my rate is below the a star. I am not recommended this shop especialy electronic section such a tv. Going elsewhere is much better than having too much stress.

I was in there shop.today to buy a new.television. I stood waiting to be serve for good 10 minutes. I must have been invisible as NO ONE bothered to asked me if I.needed help. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. I have been a loyal customer of this store and today they let me down. Shame.

What a pain in the behind. Purchased $999 V10 Dyson. Got to a computer to to redeem $100 which has been declined "outside promotion dates" Funny that promotion is from 21st to 24th March. Today is 23rd and now I have do more running around. Pretty peeved.

LG microwave has to be returned FOUR times (total 160 km, 8 times carrying it to and from the car, 4 hours waiting in store/paperwork and 4 weeks without a microwave) before customer is eligible for an exchange. Reasonable? Not.

Bought a few items that where at the store waited for delivery only to get one wait another hour and abit to get the next item paid for premium delivery on both items didn't get the rubbish removed or unpacked like I paid for. Called the store told I would have someone pick up the rubbish that night and be reimbursed the delivery never happened not happy poor communication. Lies and deceit.

Having bought several items previously from the same excellent young sales lady, I returned to buy an aircon unit including, installation. Joondalup was out of stock but I was told a unit would arrive 2 days later from another branch. They forgot to order it when I enquired a week later, then when it did arrive they forgot to let the installers know so I had to follow that up too.

Super friendly. I have bought plenty of items here from small electricals to large white good, s and they have always delivered the goods! Really happy with their service and products!

I would do no stars but no option me and my husband came in to buy a washing machine the lady called for help over the speaker and still no body came we asked another person and he said sorry we can’t help and got no one, we ended up leaving and bought within 5 minutes going to JBHI FI home just because of the customer service was amazing and proceeded to also ring up them to congratulate there service.

Staff were extremely rude. Went in to buy a $600 vacuum and got treated really badly. After spending literally over $20,000 At this store in the past will never step foot in there again.
