Good prices. And I've had great service with ovens and dishwashers. But online service is woeful. But the website says someone else can pick up on your behalf and then staff won't let that other person pick up; even when all the forms are correctly filled and that other person has ID and just wastes everyone's time. Not to mention the extended times you can spend on line because of "recent Covid events" (it's 2022.) ‍️

Dont buy a phone here here if you need it for your business, or just want to use what you paid for. I purchased a top end phone ($2000+) and so far this year in 2022, I have been without it for 7 weeks (and counting) due to multiple camera faults (first repair failed) I don't blame them for the failure, I am giving them 1 star for their lack lustre customer service, zero follow up and unhelpful resolution options. I can forgive the long hold times and being "bounced" all around the store when trying to call and talk to the correct dpeartment, and I can even accept that they aren't the repairer, what I am holding them accountable for is the lack of follow through on promises of follow up calls, and the one time they did, it was a "Customer doesnt matter" attitude and they simply blamed the repairer (before making another broken promise of a return date). I called them back and asked for the Store Manager details so I could escalate if the Store Attendant was unable to and I was met with, "It's no point, they aren't in today". At the end of this particular call, I made sure I thanked them but I was met with a silent hanging up of the phone at thier end. No "Goodbye" or "Thanks for calling" simply hang up on on this unhappy customer as quickly as possible. At NO time have i received an apology, or the appearance of a empathic Crew Member. I did get another promise of the Sales Manager calling me back but Im not holding mny breath for that call or a favourable outcome for my value in this contract. I guess I am just the one that has to be without what I paid for for months on end. They need to remove the work "Good" from thier title. The Below Average Guys seems more appropriate. To coin a famous song lyric. They get the goldmine, I get the shaft.

My mum bought a tv from Good Guys Joondalup a little over 3 year ago. The tv died and it was just out of warranty. Good Guys told her to speak to the manufacturer which she did they said it can’t be fixed. She then spoke to consumer affairs who said that it is Good Guys responsibility to sell products that should last a longer than 3 years. We then spoke to Good Guys again who said that mum would have to pay to have an independent repairer come to check out the tv which cost her $140 and that if nothing could be done to repair the tv they would look at options for her.
The repairer said nothing could be done and so mum called Good Guys again. They told her to come and choose another tv. When she got there all they did was give her staff discount. $200, (she already paid $140)
Mum has bought everything from this company for years but they took advantage of an elderly lady. A tv that cost over $1000 should last more than 3 years. According to consumer affairs 8 years is what you should expect and it is the retailers responsibility to ensure they sell products that meet these standards.

Bought a split system air con from here recently. Great customer service, quick, easy, and gave me a decent price. Delivery and installation sorted without any issues. Just waiting for installation from their contractor but everything on the GG's end went smoothly. Recommended for home appliances 100% (give Andrew a raise please for his great service)

Been in on Wednesday and was ignored the whole time I was there, I needed assistance with the carpet cleaners but no staff came over and they looked away when I looked around.
This is not the first time with this experience, everytime I've gone in the last year I've had to find someone to assist or just left and bought things elsewhere.

Had to wait two weeks for a AC installation and the installer never showed up. When I contacted them they said I had to go to the back of the queue. Won’t shop there again.

Good customer service for purchases. However the worst service for delivery. Poor communication and system failure. Our goods not delivered nor explanation provided till chased up. Two days later still awaiting on delivery. Poor customer service when calling the store.
This store should not provide a delivery service if they cannot deliver.

My wife and I were happy with our purchase, but the customer service left much to be desired. There were only a handful of customers in store at the time and more than enough staff on floor to assist. Trying to get some assistance with our purchase was like playing hide and seek with Meer cats. A head would pop up every so often but as you got near a head would bop down. Fun under normal circumstances, but frustrating when looking for help. On the bright side, the checkout assistant was very helpful.

One staff member I seek out is Suzie. First class customer service. Her product knowledge is outstanding. She makes time for you and nothing is too much. She is immaculately groomed and always has a smile and natural. AAtrue

Convenient location with ample free parking. This store is fairly large. Larger than the typical Good Guys I think. Huge selection of white goods, TVs and home appliances. The do have decent sales at times, and during such sales, their prices will even beat some online competitors

Went to Joondalup store this morning stood there waiting to be served in the games section, what a joke, three sales people at the one console talking away. Terrible sales sense, people skills and generally very poor customer service. One of the three looked back and didn't even acknowledge that we were there. Decided to leave and head to Harvey Norman instead to spend my money. Won't be going back there again. Thanks for wasting our time

I wish I read the reviews before shopping here. Sales staff are liars and the "managers" are just as bad. 3 different people at this store told me how long Shoba has been working there and there was a decade between the different numbers. They dont even know how long their staff have been there, and are clearly lying to cover up Shoba's original lie. Honestly, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Most other stores will price match and actually provide customer service.

Will not be shopping here again.
Just called to use my Concierge Gold 3 year warranty I paid extra for on a faulty Tv.
Only to be told that the 3 Years starts from purchase and not from when your manufacturers warranty expires.
Why would I pay for another warranty when I already have one.
Definitely was not explained to be when signing up.
Back to Harvey Norman for future purchases as there Product Care covers you from the date the Manufactures warranty runs out

Chose express contactless service. Entered car details. Clicked I'm on my way. Parked in express bays. Clicked I have arrived. Waited 15 minutes for no one. Went inside and joined queue. Picked up goods. No apology given. If your express service is not working, let the customers know. Wasted my time and made me feel stupid waiting in my car, I would have just gone in and picked up the goods if I had been told the service was comprised due to bad infrastructure and incompetent staffing.

The product I bought For $239 dropped to $219 the following day.
I requested a credit for the price difference a few days later and was refused.
I was advised I had to be a member to have price variation covered for a 30 day period.
This option was not advised to me at time of purchase.
They are an unethical and immoral business that has absolutely no customer care.
I will never purchase from them again and will encourage anyone else not to.
Zero rating

Strongly recommend going elsewhere. Appalling amateur level customer service and complete lack of care to customers. We purchased a dishwasher off their Sales person Shoba who confirmed in person that it would be installed. After the delivery guys just dropped it off I contacted the store and they conveniently forgot to make a record of the agreed installation. It wasn't until to days later we were offered an apology, but still not offered for the dishwasher to be installed which they now wanted to charge us extra for. My wife even took a day off work to accommodate them and they still refused to install it without additional fees.

Absolutely fraudulent and disrespectful service. Just save yourself time and inconvenience and go literally anywhere else. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Purchased a Samsung sound bar and then went back for a TV a week later.
The staff went out of there way to assist. Couldn’t be happier

Worst experience for what should have been a simple purchase. The amount of inconsistent information I was told to do in order to have my broken tv fixed. No internal communication.
Palmed me off to deal with Tempo, multiple times I was the one chasing people up for updates. No care for customer satisfaction or compensation. 3 months later of wasted time and no still tv.

Insane Level of incompetence refused to fix my issue and refused to except a legitimate ID for collection of Goods that i had Paid for.the store manager was of no use either.if you are after service look elsewhere. A digital ID is a legitimate form of ID At Harvey Norman a store that i would recommend you go to any day of the week before this place. Ask for Josuha.
