We always buy from this branch. With our last purchase we bought online, using the express pick up. After notifying the store that we have arrived we were informed it will be around 5 minutes to wait then someone will bring our purchase out to us. After 30min we still have not received anything. I had to go into the store asking for my product, giving me an attitude after expressing myself about their bad service.

Caleb provided great, quick friendly and professional service. The other staff were prompt to check if I needed help. The cashier was great.

Will never shop at this store again and will only consider another store because the manager in Osborne Park fixed their mess. Ordered and paid for a Dyson but had to collect from Osborne Park as no stock in Joondalup. Drove all the way down to Osborne Park from Eglinton 3 days later and was told sorry we have no stock and to take it up with Joondalup. Trying to actually speak to somebody competent at the Joondalup store proved impossible however as luck would have it, the store manager in Osborne Park was extremely helpful despite it not being his problem. He had notified Joondalup that they had made a mistake by looking in the wrong column for stock availability and advised them to let me know before making the trip. They didn't. Basically poor service from incompetent staff that clearly need training or need to be replaced. They should take a walk around JBHifi to see what good customer service is all about. (Item out of stock in JBHifi)

I take 3 years replacement warranty from this shop and they told me any time with in this period you can replace your item. When I went store they told me that they can’t because insurance people not yet confirm. So please before take extended warranty ask about warranty. Joondalup customer service very bad

My parents in their 80s one with a bad heart and one having cancer treatment went to buy a floor cleaner. They had to interrupt the salesman who was chatting to a friend. They bought it and thought stupidly they might have had help getting it to the car only to be told there's the trolley. Never going there again.

Nice sales staff, place Is set up well.
There was nothing in stock and I was feeling a little pressured by the sales person, as they were trying to upsell, that was my turn off.

Fantastic service. Not the cheapest price but only $10 difference for the item, however I went back to give them the sale as the service and treatment I received was far superior.

We had an issue with our new coffee machine leaking water. We took it back to the store and the staff where very helpful and allowed us to choose another machine. Customer service was excellent

I was waiting on the phone for over 8 minutes. First, they put me through to the cooking section (I was asking a tech question), I was then sent back to the front desk, before being transferred again. It then just kept ringing. Worst customer service ever.

Always great service when I'm with my partner however I can walk in alone and check out washing machines for a solid 25 minutes with staff just walking by, not interested in offering pre-purchase assistance.

The Good Guys are awesome to deal with. We had to cancel a cooker that we ordered and they refunded our money without question, we are most impressed with them and will certainly use them all the time. Thanks Good Guys

Was sold a faulty item and have requested a refund. Have had absolutely appalling service and been outright refused a refund and told the product (a Rinnai portable aircon) is not faulty. The aircon is a hazard and literally radiates heat.
Left the aircon on for my pets and returned home to a sauna. Luckily my pets weren't dead! The aircon was radiating heat (and making a loud noise.)
If Good Guys and Rinnai do not refund this machine, I will collect it and post a YouTube review, as a warning to others, showing the machine connected as per the user manual with a thermometer showing that it is not fit for purpose and is a health and safety hazard.

Paid $1000 + for a fridge and $100 for delivery. 2 MEN came and couldn't fit it inside my house (because it was in a box) they litterally just said sorry and drove off. Apparently $100 is not premium for delivery after paying good money for a fridge! Not impressed at all. Husband is FIFO so had to get it inside my house alone!

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Suzie was thorough in explaining the differences between the item I eventually purchased. I had revisited Joondalup store several times each time my queries were answered. Her knowledge of the product I was looking at in the early stage was thorough. Very approachable & not pushy or over bearing. Several times she said the fridge needs to be what I want, take your time & check measurements etc. So today after 3
weeks I chose the LG Instaview 706
lt. Very appreciative of her assistance & not trying to push a
product on me. A nice change

Good guys don’t price match as I had proof of purchase from good guys online. Exact same product code and model number and they wouldn’t honour the receipt.

Lovely customer service and great deals. At the moment there’s a fantastic deal $400 gift card to spend in store if you transfer your mobile plan to Telstra. Go see Kylie she has some fantastic deals.
