Went to this store last week to look for a certain colour of 2 products (because apparently this colour only exists in The Good Guys). I found one of the products but the other one was only in the 2 colors I didn't want.
Almost no floor staff in the half of the store I was in, even another lady was waiting a while for someone to pass on through.
When someone did pass by, they told me that the stock is only what they have on display, and apologised. No offering to check other stores or when the next delivery would be, which every other kind of store I go to offers to do when something isn't in stock.
Cut to today, I was at JB Hi Fi and figured I'd check again, maybe my experience would differ. Dead wrong, I was. Similarly, no staff nearby. The ones that did pass by were busy, so I didn't want to bother them. A team member offered me assistance after a while, and I received the same unmotivated customer service as last time.
Will not be returning to this store unless absolutely necessary.

The service was good. The range was good. The prices were good. There's a lot of bad retailers like Harvey Norman around these days but I'd say these guys are the good guys.

Had another great experience in good guys midland when I was trying to exchange a diffiuser plug and I didn’t have the receipt of my diffuser.a customer service member gently helped me out and I got the problem solved.
