We bought a 12kg LG Top Load Washing machine on the 7.12.23. It was working fine antil the 26.12.23 when we discovered a leake under the machine. We didn't get a repair man until the 2.01.24 who found a leaking hose which he could not replace because there was non in WA and it take three weeks to get one. We tried to get a replacement machine for the last two weeks.

Just purchased a laptop and several accessories assisted by Barry who was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You are very fortunate to have him on your team.

Bought 5 years gold service extra for washing machine, I logged the case for repair and 4 years passed without resolution, terrible after sale service, waste of money

Not great customer service.
Placed our projector back in under warranty and they would not replace it, they sent it off for repair and made us wait weeks for it to return! The girl at the counter said they were hopeless so keep calling to check in.

I have called the good guys twice now asking for a call back update with 2 staff members still not getting back to me. I have had to call arounds myself to get answers!

The staff member not helpful. Especially, woman at casher counter was so rude. Do not recommend this shop. There are another stores with friendly staff members.

Travis in appliances spent the time to look up all the models of oven that my mum was trying to decide between, knowledgeable about products, all with a smile. Fantastic customer service

Went in to buy a dryer on Saturday 8th July, heard good things, possibly walk out with a good price, goodguys known well for discounting, a lady came over to us, very friendly and joking at first, told her we are just looking to buy cheapest dryer as it won't be used alot, she tried pushing us toward something out of our price range explaining the cheaper would be not good for us, we explained we are just after a standard dryer, nothing to flashy, she became very pushy then seemed annoyed we wanted the cheaper dryer, we received no discount on old stock like offered with the other dryers, still paid the $499 floor price and we walked away frustrated and annoyed in her service technique and attitude, we would have bought a fridge that same evening if service was better maybe but possibly look elsewhere, very bad experience in midland.

What an amazing experience! I walk in and instantly I feel welcomed, people are running around trying to help me. By far the best team member has to be Jacob, he helps me every time, infact I won't buy anything if it's not Jacob on the floor. Always so helpful, you can just tell he truly loves his job by his determination to the role. Take my advice and ask for Jacob. Best price guarantee.

Ok bought a dryer got it home unwrapped and it was severely damaged. It was like it was dropped in store or off truck. Rang, brought it back and had a feeling that they thought I had damaged it the way they were ruling out that it’s their fault. No sorrys, no anything. Wasting my time and fuel to bring it back. Was told it didn’t come in like that even though it was wrapped so you couldn’t tell it was damaged. Anyway sorted got new one. Won’t be shopping there again and urge people to maybe visit another store. The guy at the counter was extremely helpful.

I had an overall good experience when purchasing a new washing machine. The sales person was pleasant to deal with and I got a big discount as they had a display model that I could purchase. Premium delivery is fantastic as it includes installation and removal of old appliances. I’ll definitely go back to buy a new dishwasher soon.

Sell products and services that don't exist, keep your money forever, don't bother, filthy business, disgusting

Great after sale service from Midland store problem with product that had been previously repaired under warranty and had failed again from the same issue after speaking with the manager she was happy to replace with a new machine instead of sending back for a other repair.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here today! My wife and I had quite a lot to get, and Donna helped us with everything! What we were expecting to take a couple of hours was sorted out in 15 minutes, and for a better price than we were expecting. Massive thanks to Donna and the team at Midland!

Always order great items from Good Guys midland, the delivery gentlemen are also very helpful and careful when helping to provide a service. Any Good Guys i enter the staff are super helpful, welcoming and deliver good service, truly lives up to the name.

Got good service today at midland by a chap called James.we came in for a bread maker and walked with a vax wet n dry, dyson stick and a spot cleaner as well with 4 bittles of shampoo was very helpful and gave good pricing. Haven't opened anything yet but looking forward and a clean house and fresh bread lol

Walk into store to buy a microwave.not far from me 5 staff members are having a chat, notice me, and ignore me. I had to ask for assistance and the lady was rude. I left without my purchase. Never have I ever received such rude customer service and lack of customer service from a Good Guys store ever. DO NOT SHOP AT THE MIDLAND STORE, GO ELSEWHERE!
