Lazy staff to busy to serve customers, they put you on hold for 10mins when you ring in to know if they have an item.
Went in to buy something after the poor phone service and the staff were too busy throwing a ball between each other or having a ‘team meeting’. During business hours at front counter!
I needed a new freezer urgently and decided to look at french door fridge / freezer options rather than replace the freezer. Was met by Donna at 9am who was very helpful and very quickly I had purchased the unit + 5 years concierge gold service. Same day delivery was not possible with normal instore delivery, so 'uber truck' was quickly arranged. My order was delivered at 11.30am! All done and dusted from looking at options to delivery in 2.5 hours.very impressed, thank you Donna, much appreciated.
I usually have a good experience here but today was not like that. I found a product I liked that was no longer in stock. I needed a fabric steamer to make sure my nursing uniform wont be wrinkled when I attend work and thought it was great that the one I was interested in could also do upholstery. The bald guy said "what do I need to steam my lounge for, does it wrinkle". Um a bit rude and if he knew anything about cleaning fabric, steam helps cleaning and sanitising. Would have happily purchased an alternative but decided I didnt really like his attitude. So I bought the exact one I wanted from JB HI-FI.
Worst Service Ever!
My husband and I visited Good Guy Midland 1st March about 4 pm to buy a bar fridge, after surviving the very off hand store attendant who had to look everything up a number of times, had no knowledge of his own, we did manage to buy the fridge. We then proceeded to their pick up point to await delivery, the most brusque warehouse man came out with the fridge, not a word spoken, proceeded to shove the box into the back of our car, my husband said, no I don't want it in that way, and started to pull it back, I have a big dog to fit in bedside the box, the warehouse man, still, nothing to say just shoved the box in a bit further, ripping it out of my husbands hands, and walked off, we were astounded at how extremely rudely he had behaved. We certainly won't be shopping at Good Guys Midland again. Have since heard some of the Good Guys stores are having to shut down.not surprising if this is how they train their staff!
Went to click and collect a smart power point and it was one of the few stores that had it in stock. Very quick click and collect process now, was given the item quickly and invoice electronically. Plenty of car bays available and even a specific click and collect bay right at the front.
Normally they are awesome, the aircon wasn't working and the salesman, I think, was too hot and bothered to close a sale on an expensive item.
Had the most amazing service from a lady in the aircon section. Thank you so much, quickly got what I needed and left within 30mins. Great work from the staff there.
Great customer service, good range of products at excellent prices. Overall an excellent shipping experience, much better than Harvey Normans have offered lately.
Not sure anyone actually works at this place. Have been there numerous times and no service or visibility of anyone bar cashiers. Shame, they had what I wanted buy.
I've been looked after really well at the Good Guys and got great service again today. Just be aware that if the team members don't look after you go and see the manager and in my experience they really look after you
Worst customer service by the manager Adam and service attendant Christian. For a display model gave me a dodgy laptop that doesn't charge and the charger was not even original. Never going back there again.
It was very quiet when we went in today. But the item I wanted to buy was easy to find, although it was not priced on the shelf.
We were in and out in less than 5 minutes
Excellent customer support, very efficient, very good with there online order and express pickups, basically no waiting around at all just pull up 2 mins later item is loaded on trailer and off you go.
I was VERY disappointed the attitude of the sales woman. It seemed as though I was interrupting her day by wanting to buy a $1500 fridge: (. Then the poor stuff started. I paid for a premium delivery on the understanding that they would unpack the new fridge and take the old one away. The blokes rolled up before the arranged time, removed the outer packaging from the new fridge, and installed it in the desired location. They then took off and to my surprise I opened my NEW fridge to see all the internal packaging was still in place. Now having become debilitated by a stroke.removing all the tape and bubble wrap INSIDE the fridge became a real problem. Fortunately I called for help from my family and got the problem sorted.
In any event I will NEVER go back to the good guys
Very professional outfit here at the midland branch. I got all my queries answered then advised on a better way of achieving my request.
Transaction started over the phone then completed online with a very simple and user friendly process.
Will go to the store if have any further need to.

Wasn't feel very comfortable
Every time I order from The Good Guys, be it online delivery or online pickup. They stuff it up. Annoying to have your package delivered (which you pay for) excited but to find it's not what you orded. They then tell you to bring it down and they take ages to finding the right one while you wait. (No refund for delivery fee was offered)
Then today I orded something to pick up. When I arrived (3 Hours later) (they say come after 2) they told me that "she hasn't done it yet" They run around to get the package. It's the wrong one.
All sorted now, home and happy but I think something needs to be done with the picking packing training.

Always excellent service. Dyson rep was amazing as was the Nespresso lady.purchased a laptop staff member was very helpful and I felt confident with the decision I made
