Usually really good but didn't seem to want to help us this time. Went somewhere else and made our purchase.
Too bad if you want to actually get served, the franchise owner wouldn’t be happy knowing money is walking out the door.
Now I remember why I don't shop at The Good Guys, they employ all the people with attitude and pay them to do nothing. Your shop really is a disgrace to the word service.
We regularly buy domestic appliances here. Never found them to be more expensive than the other local retailers. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't be afraid to ask for a better deal! E.g. Free delivery on expensive, awkward items (if you can take it yourself, why would you have it delivered?)
These guys rock Bedt Prices in Midland.
These guys. OUT SOLD Big W for the average stand Fan. Selling price was$15.

I had a great experience at the good guys midland they all seem really friendly and professional. They offered me some great advice with purchasing my vacuum cleaner and was extremely happy with the price.
Excellent sales assistance for a change. Very knowledgeable. Fast efficient service. In and out l have better things to do with my time than shop around so suits me.
Great place to purchase household items/appliances with convenience. Staff on ground approachable and helpful with sound knowledge of the products.

It has been twice I went to this store to buy goods. First time I had to get over than $ 14K in goods for my new home and there was no one to help. I went to Harvey Norman. Today I tried to buy the LG mop vacuum cleaner and again I left the store without it as they were no one to help! Terrible!
Absolutely disgusting service from lady in aircon section. Wrong pricing was on a particular aircon and she was busy trying to sell me a unit I didn't want as it was out of my self set budget!

Thank you so much to the team in Midland. I couldn't believe my eyes when my new phone arrived here in Boulder after not even 2 days. That was fast. I didn't expect it to arrive until after new years. Great job guys (incl.service over the phone), soooo happy. I'm wishing everyone a wonderful and safe new years
Don't honour cash back "deals", response is always can't do anything contact HQ, no response from them ever either.
Went in to look at large screen TVs, looked, no staff, waited 20 min, spoke to a staff member in kitchen area who was unable to assist as it "wasn't her area". Anyway after 20 mins and zero interest from staff I walked out and across carpark to JB HiFi, and got service within a minute or so, as a result I spent $2,700 there. Good Guys? Not good, No Interest, No Staff Guys, No Buy Guys
The Good Guys probably represent better "high street" value than Harvey Norman's. Definitely know what you want, have cash and then negotiate with the manager (Ask to see him/her).
Went there this morning to look for a dishwasher, we were standing around for service and we had to find someone.no one was interested in helping us.when we got someone he looked up to see stock and he said he has none so he wasn't going to give us a price.no good service
My sons nicknamed it the bad guys as we couldn't get anyone to assist us. Would have been better if the range of heaters was a little more obtainable.
Customer service is apparently non existent for this store. Waited around about 5 minutes for someone, then asked at the counter for someone and was told they would get someone. Then waited for another 10 minutes. Then asked the counter again and was told they would get someone. Waited for another 5 minutes and then gave up and went elsewhere.
