67 The manager Alan is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. I was having issues with a TV company in regards to my warranty. Unfortunately The Good Guys were stuck in the middle because it is the TV company that needed to contact me to discuss the fault with my TV.
Whilst this issue is still on going, I went into the store and spoke with Alan about my frustration towards the process that was taking far longer than necessary. Alan has now been communicating with the company to finally get me a resolution.
He has been understanding towards my work hours and easily contactable.
Thank you so much Alan, it is one less stress that I do not have to worry about!

Great service, by all, got a new TV and mobile, plus helped with information on a juicer and steam mop.
I had the pleasure of shopping at Good Guys Bunbury today. I received awesome customer service and super low prices on the items I purchased. Congratulations to all the staff that helped me today.
I've bought 2 dryers, a washing machine, microwave, fridge, printer & TV from these folk, & every time they've all been so friendly & helpful. 10/10!
Normally great service but today lack of staff and had to walk around to eventually find a staff member.
Then 2 products I enquired about they didnt have in stock only samples on display.
What happened to the great service that is usually there!?
Worst customer service ever. Nobody wants to serve you, it's like you're inconveniencing them. One of the female workers behind the counter had the worst attitude, very rude & disrespectful. You've lost customers because of this. Service is better at their competitors, who often have the same prices, if not cheaper.
"The Bad Guys" They give The Good Guys a bad name here in Bunbury! Terrible service and the Store Manager has a really bad attitude! Problems with a purchase? Goodluck with assistance... DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN WHAT THIS STORE WILL OFFER YOU. (Unless you like headaches)
