I had a great experience at this store purchasing a TV and a microwave. I was very impressed with Marcos the sales manager, he's very knowledgeable and honest. This business gets my high recommendation.

Always find staff at Good Guys Bunbury really knowledgeable and helpful. Great for mobiles, as well as everything else. Had a fridge that stopped working while under warantee, after attempts at repairs, Fisher and Paykl said I would have to wait till end of January for replacement, as it couldn't be repaired. Rang back to Good Guys, they arranged one for the same day and that was Christmas Eve. Thank you for going above and beyond, and making sure I wasn't without a fridge over Christmas.

Disappointed with the product but service when I returned it was gold standard. Well done Good Guys

Congratulations Rob, the young man who served me. You were courteous patient and explained everything for me, a senior lady who normally gets ignored because at my age I tend to be invisible when I go into stores. I hope Good Guys realise what a treasure you are!

Although it's a great store with lots of products I felt a bit left out when I went into the store. The staff were polite but not very helpful.

Bought a kambrook kettle with 2 yr replacement guarantee. After 6 months switch broke. They replaced it for new within 5 mins. Amazing service.

The worst customer service I have seen in my whole life. I arranged to pick up my purchase on Monday.when I arrived on Monday the pickup department had decided to close early and start there stocktaking. I approached the staff in the store as my pickup had been arranged for pickup on that day. I was told come back another day as we closed early to do a stoke take. Well, that’s great as I live 150 Km from Bunbury.

I would like to thank Rob in the cookware area for an outstanding service. I went to a few other places in Bunbury no one was keen to help me.
Rob found the correct size oven for my difficult space.

Um, are there staff working there? Didn't see one person. Wanting to buy a mobile outright, nope stood there for ages. Walked out in the end.

Easy and simple transaction. No fuss. Staff was polite despite being busy. Offered what I asked about, with a quick check of details and payment made. I was redirected to collect my large item purchase around the back of the store. Fast service at collection point with staff to carry and place product in my car. Happy with my purchase and service.

Great floor staff, who dont hassle you around the shop.
But at the same time are always happy to help out with advice and suggestions if you need it.

Came in to buy a Nintendo switch, was served by Luke in electronics, he has excellent service and an even better attitude, did us up a bundle before we arrived and it was as easy as walking to the counter and picking it up, made us feel like we lucky enough to get his service as well as a switch, thanks luke

Fantastic service, had an issue with my fridge and needed to track down a copy of my receipt from a year ago, thought it was going to be a nightmare, Crystal sorted it out in about a minute and emailed a copy of the receipt straight away.

Good friendly staff who are happy to help. Not too thrilled with the new layout but the shop is always clean & tidy & since the staff are so helpful it's not hard to find what you're looking for (although sometimes it's a bit hard to find a staff member)

Had great service today from Luke, Amber, and the good guys out the back. Extra grateful to Luke for being super helpful, efficient and giving me an unexpected discount. I'll definitely shop at this store again!
