I purchased a brand new laptop and came home to see that its already been used with someone else account and password on there. Absolutely disgusting.

Dreadful, recently purchased a laptop 'brand new' only to find it had been logged in and locked to another persons account. If you're attempting to sell returned as new then at least have the wits to restore to factory settings.

Do not buy from Good Guys Bunbury.worst experience ever. Bought a $2000 fridge for cash was told we would get $300 of store credit if we took out an extended warranty. Once paperwork was completed we were directed to the counter to pay, on completion of this we asked for the $300 store credit & was told, No it comes in 3 $20 vouchers 3x per year for 5 years.what a joke each voucher expires after 10days… we returned to the store and asked for a full refund of our purchase this was granted…I asked to speak to the store manager in regards to how they operate their store credits. The Manager did not like my complaint and told me to leave the store, when I said no as part of Customer service he could hear me out, the Manager responded by calling the Police, what an incompetent Manager. Stay away from Good Guys Bunbury they are disgusting to deal with. Also their extended warranty only cover repairs, not replacement. Stay away from Good Guys Bunbury they are not honest. My mum was the purchaser and she is nearly 80 years old, they were happy to rip her off.
James from Harvey Norman Bunbury took care of her, same fridge better HONEST deal & $100 cheaper.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The worst experience I've ever had. Brought a $2000 coffee machine and concierge plan. Was told by the sales person that any issues it would be replaced or refund. We wouldn't be without a machine. When spending so much it's obviously an appliance used a lot. After 6 months the machine completely broke. My husband took it in on a Sunday. He was told that the manager wasn't there and we would get a replacement tomorrow. The manager calls the next day and days they will only offer a repair over $500 items. No matter what appliance they don't care how long your without it (we were assured wouldn't happen too) which is not have experienced at JBHIFI or Harvey Norman. Went to consumer affairs and now, 8 weeks no machine and no refund or replacement. If an appliance is faulty you won't be looked after with customer service. You go without your appliance then are stuck with a faulty appliances that don't last. Do not waste your money go to JBHIFI or Harvey Norman.

Visited bunbury store due to faulty product. As an old lady staff wanted to check my purchase history, I showed her the email containing the details on my phone. She touched my phone to enlarge the texts and then rubbed her hands with hand sanitizer immediately while talking on the phone. Then she touched my phone again. I just want them to know that no one likes to see a clerk touching customer's brand-new phone, then immediately rubbing her hands with sanitizer in front of the custumer and then using that hand to touch the phone again.

Just went in-store to look at smart TVs. Stood around for 20 minutes and no one come to assist or even acknowledge us. I am now looking at purchasing from a rival store

5 people standing there talking to each other, No customer service, went in needing to buy a new vacuum cleaner and didn’t get acknowledge, so lost a sale happy to take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Terrible customer service. Tried to sell additional warranty for appliances without consent. When removed they also remove all cashback promotions including the ones you are elligible for (unless you point out specifically which ones you are eligible for).

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I brought a dishwasher with an installation service online. However, no confirmation email or related documents were received. Later I received a call saying that no installation service will be provided because of long travel distance. I called the store to confirm but the store member could not find my order or other details. Finally, the dishwasher arrived with no one install it. I went to the store again and book an installation service again. But the staff still could not find my details and I have to pay again for the installation fee. I called the official hotline several times but in vain. I tired web chat and the CS officer said they will proceed ASAP. Three weeks later no one is calling. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Reached web chat two more times again. The first staff promised to refund to my card but nothing happened. The second staff simply ignored me and turned into computer response. Real upset and planning to lodge an official compliant.

Had excellent service. I purchased an item and a week later I got a flyer in the mail informing me that the item was on sale. I rang up the good guys and they informed me that they would refund me the difference. They did exactly that.
