Bought a TV in under 10 minutes, picked up at back and gone in 20mins all up. Very prompt service and for a fair price.
Absolutely no service. The staff that werent serving were standing behind counter chatting and ignoring customers. Ended up going to Retravision and buying what we needed there

My partner bought me a Webber Q 3100 as a birthday present and when we unboxed it to start putting it together we noticed that it didn’t even have any bbq plates in it (states in the parts list that there should be 2 half plates). Straight away rang them up and explained and told us to put it all back in the box and take it back, we explained that we live an hour drive and we fly out for work the next morning and the rude lady on the phones response was oh well we can’t do nothing about it then. UNREAL

I sent a coffee machine to repaired the parts
I told them there were two problems needed to repair.
They only repaired one part and the other nothing. I don’t think they done the the job probably.
I have to bring it back to repair it again. What the circus!
Opened the box on my new 9kg washing machine and found an 8kg washing machine instead - weird! Thanks to Amber and Heather for their great customer service in helping me return and replace it. They really made me feel that they were working to help resolve the mix up.
We always shop here, therefore thought it was time to give the recognition to the team and on our most recent visit some individuals, although that's difficult, as they are all great people. A huge thank you to Rob, Mat and Brittany, your help, knowledge and great customer service is really excellent!

Rang Good guys to see if they had a convection oven in stock, told yes drove 130 kms next day just to be told they had non in stock was offered a display unit that came without box or packing, after a while they offered to repackage in a cardboard box not original packing.
After accepting this offer had to hang around for an hour whilst they got around to repacking.
Once paid for they promised to ring me later in the day once they got to the bottom why I was told they had stock in the first place, still waiting for the phone call. I rang three times during the day just to ask a question but the phone rang out each time without anyone picking the phone up.

Love this place, if you pay cash, more often than not, the item will be given a further discount. Well worth popping in and check it out. They sell white goods as in fridges, etc. T. V. 's, so much to try & remember. Have a look yourself, you'll love it to.
Best service from the TV man Daniel, knowledgeable and patience. I went in a few times to look at TVs, seen 3 different people but Daniel was the one you made me buy. I felt very confident in his arms. A+

Great service. That's all you really want from a retail store.
Bought online with included delivery. Not all goods provided. Phoned the store who wanted to charge an extra $65 to correct the order. Went instore, provided goods as advertised and purchased no issues yet still astounds me that we ordered online and got delivery apparently included (which we actually pay for included in the goods) only to have to go instore anyway. Poorly trained staff, and inconvenient that we had to go instore to collect what had been forgotten by them on our delivery
The lady out the back in the stockroom was the best person I have every meet. She helped me from start to finish. She is a star at the bunbury good guys
Terrible Service. One of the girls sitting at her desk watching videos on her phone while the other one was standing behind her. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!
