Took two weeks after ordering a product for the staff to tell me that my order hadn't been shipped yet, even after I followed up a week after paying and being told it would arrive 'tomorrow'. Ended up asking for a refund straight away. Staff were nice but the whole experience a hassle and there was lack of customer service!

Bought a Sony TV there with Michael’s assistance. He offered us a great deal in the first negotiation. Save both of us lots of time. Comparing to the guy in Cannington Store, we spent more than 30 minutes and couldn’t talk down $12! How interesting this is. Have to say if Cannington store is “good guy”, then Belmont store is “better guy”. Hahah. No offence.

Really bad customer service I went there to return faulty blender the staff first make a story about why it's not working without checking when I let them kno it's working but can't operate from switches then she said bring back after clean it like new then we will see if it faulty or not.

Purchased a washing machine 2 weeks ago. The washing machine had a major failure. Contacted the staff at the Belmont store and a new washing machine was deliveded in less than 24 hours. Great staff and quick service. They know how to look after customers. Drama free.

Timothy R is a very helpful young man. I went to jb hi fi to buy a television and cause I was looking at a cheap television the salesman kind of fogged me off and went to someone else. So I came to the Good Guys and seen Timothy and he explained everything to me ie. Difference between hd and fhd. So I ended up with the television I needed. Thanks

The customer service is extremely average here, they don't go out of there way at all to help you what so ever. Got such better service at the Midland store!

Bought a printer from here and it started playing up within warranty. It took over the 6 weeks they say they might need to check it and assess it for repairs (by a few days) and the temporary printer they had offered me was so old it didnt even have duplex.
I had bought the large inks and left them in the printer when I took it back to them. The inks (which are expensive) were full but not recognised by the printer. They said they would send the printer back with new inks and they did but they sent it back with the smallest size inks you can buy.
When I went to pick it up they couldn't find the printer in the store. The reason I am giving three stars and not two is because of the great service of one of the staff members who actually took the time to find the printer in the store and who personally took it upon herself to deliver it to my office on her way home from work. This kind of service is rare and much appreciated. That said, I would think twice about buying a printer from this business again.

Needed a fridge ASAP couldn’t order and pay over the phone the girl sarcastically informed me that it’s been that way for over three years. In a nutshell the store lost a fridge sale because they were inflexible in the way they do business. If it was my store I would certainly do business over the phone. Rang fridge and washer city Morley and purchased a fridge and it was delivered the same day. I wouldn’t bother using this store in the future. My review is based on my experience only and is not intended to deliberately deter other customers I wanted something now and they couldn’t do it so I went somewhere else their loss someone else’s gain.
