Bought a Fridge + Delivery and Warranty $1300 was told it will be delivered in one week. Took that delivery day of work and waited for the call. No call. I went back to store and was told that Fridge was no longer in stock. Got my money refunded. Staff acted like it was no big deal

I bought a fridge from here once. Took about 15-20 minutes before someone helped. And when I paid for the fridge and took it home, they stuffed up and undercharged me. They then proceeded to call me several times and basically accuse me of being a criminal and scamming them, demanding the rest of the payment. Would NEVER shop here again.
Great experience at this store with Marco being a standout in customer service, knowledge, price matching and honesty in pros and cons of product options in a large order we needed. When we did have an availability issue from the supplier on one product, he went out of his way to source it. Thanks Marco, your the reason we will continue to buy local from this store.

She's amazing, knowledgeable, and has my best interest at heart. Two encounters with Izzy, first was last year when I after a Firestick till recent experience in getting a Rinnai Gas Heater. Her consistent, warm and genuine service delivery making her my "Go-to". Thank you Izzy for your fantastic customer service skills.

Sadly these are not good guys. 1hr to make a simple purchase so save your time and money go elsewhere. Zero for customer service.

Very rude staff member at the Belmont store today answering back and interrupting a conversation I was having with the manager of the store. I truly hope this is addressed as it was disgusting behaviour.
Pretty poor communication regarding pickup for a paid product. When questioned employee very rude, but very flirty with her male co workers.bad experience.
After appalling and frankly BS service at JB Hifi, I came into The Good Guys on Thursday night, picked out the TV I was after, negotiated a lower price than at JB, and then the storeman brought it out and put it in my car for me. Recently bought a 85 inch LED TV and soundbar from these guys. The sales and delivery experience was top notch. However. I experienced issues with the TV not receiving the free-to-air channels and the HDMI ports nit functioning. Reported this to Good Guys who pointed ne to Samsung support (who are totally useless). The internet connection works so I can stream movies and music but for over $3000 I'd expect everything to work. Will go with another store next time

Today in the store, when I was interacting with staff at the front desk, he was ignoring me and didn't want to hear about my problem. I felt like he was racist toward me. I am a customer with a good guy for the last 12 years. And never had any problems before this. It is truly shameful that they are giving the company a bad reputation.

Worst service ever.
I'm a frequent customer of this store, but it was the first time I bought online for click and collect. I purchased the Fit watch for my son online, and I picked this up Sunday, 27/3/22, at 1 pm. The lady at the desk was arrogant and asked me for so many things (ID, the txt from the store, their email, the payment method, the Paypal payment, etc). The ID should be enough, as their system should show the things was paid; otherwise, they don't process it.
She gave me the item in the worst condition, the box was open damaged, and it was opened previously or returned for some reason, it has stick tape everywhere; I said I paid for a new one; she said that is ok if you have any problem you just bringing it back. I said again; I want a new one. She replies arrogantly well, we don't have more, and that's fine. Take it.
I said ok, let's see.
I went to my car. I left it there and came back. One guy asked me if I needed help and asked for the watch; he said we have it in stock. Let's go the from desk they are there. The arrogant lady saw me, and I said, well, she told me you don't have any, please leave it here, and I come back with the one she gave me and you give me the new one.
I came back, and She said you need to do the queue. To make that harder. When it was my turn, I said, you are a liar, you have more in stock and want me to take the damaged one.
She: I did not know we have more.
I: Well, you have the system to check and the stock behind you.well do your job properly
She was so disrespectful and arrogant; She should not attend to customers. You can check your roster and check who was at the front desk.
Terrible service. Ordered an item with the assurance it would be delivered same day. No updates at all through the day. When I call they say they'll get me a tracking number. No call back and no update. Still waiting. Clearly nothing will come today. Very poor practice. At least keep me updated if you can't deliver same day. Tell me so I can plan my day.
Awesome service. The sales assistant i dealt was not so pushy. Loads of knowledge about the item.
