Went in today 7th Sep 2021 to purchase a new washing machine. My mum and I were asked by 2 other staff members if we needed help, we declined. However Travis came along and took customer service to another level. Not only did he listen to what we were after, but his recommendations and knowledge of products were appreciated. We brought it purely because of the features but his level of service closed the deal.

Thank you Travis, customer service and attentiveness too customer needs is right up there, we appreciated your help! Keep it up!

I ordered a dryer online which was to be processed by the Belmont store. After four days of hearing nothing about delivery, I called and someone organised delivery for Tuesday (another 4 days). I was sent a text confirmation of delivery but when it didn't show I called again. Turns out there's no stock until mid-September! Decided to go with another brand and they wouldn't process the online discount as its now not an online order. What a saga. Do not order online from the Good Guys!

Biggest time wasters. Horrible service. Sadly I can't go below zero stars for a review.

I called to check if they had stock of an air conditioner at the Belmont Good Guys and I was placed on hold for 7 mins while the service person went to check. I was told there was one left in stock, that it was a display item. She placed it on hold for me and I confirmed that I was coming down the same day to purchase it.

When I came into the store, I paid for the item and was told go around to the back to collect it. The guy at the back spent 15-20 mins trying to locate item and then told me to go back to the front desk. The lady at the desk then told me the item was not on hold, and that the item was not in stock.

I am very annoyed with the service because the person I spoke on the phone with this morning guaranteed that the item was placed on hold for me, and that it was such a waste of time and fuel (70 min round trip).

I've contacted the complaints email and the contact us on the good guys website with no response, not even within their 2 business days aim.

Bought a fridge on Thursday in store. Was assisted by Adam M, with a promise that the fridge will be delivered on Tuesday and that he would call me on Monday to tell me the time it will be delivered to my place.

I didn’t hear back on Monday. Called them 3 times on Monday to find out that he had not got the fridge at his store and basically unsure about the status of it. He then told me that it would not come on Tuesday. I asked him to check (again). Monday close of business he told me that he has not heard any news from the other store. Was quite upset and angry.

Tuesday morning, I called him again. He told me that he has sent an email with no correspondence from the other store. Called the Belmont store 8-10 times on Tuesday. Asked to talk to the store manager. Was put on hold most of the times, did not get a chance to talk to the manager (up until now). Requested a call back if they have an update, but they never did. Closing time on Tuesday, I called the store again, finally got Adam on the phone, he told me that the fridge in the other store has a damage and can’t send that to me. To me, this is a proof that, from Thursday (the day i bought it) up to Monday, the staff at Good Guys has not done their job at all. If I did not call them, they probably will never do it.

About the fridge, the only store who has it is now in Bunbury or Busselton and I have to wait until next week.

Don’t know if it was Adam or the entire Good guys in Belmont, but they are more like SH*T GUYS to me!

In conclusion they have terrible work, can’t organize a shipment, and terrible at keeping their promises! First time shopping at Good Guys and will never come back!

My personal experience with this place was not good. I wouldn't reccomend shopping with them.go to JBHIFI and pay extra money if you have to. Especially if you care about being treated with respect. They didn't book my delivery in for the specified time. I did not even get a notification that it was going to be delivered on the day nor did I get any contact from them. I had to call them myself. It was stated on my reciept that they would deliver and install it. The company sent someone out by himself to deliver and move a heavy appliance. The delivery driver had to get my neighbour to help even though the delivery person had a injury. The installation was not done because of someone else's mistake. How can the good guys expect a female that knows nothing about installing a washing machine to do this when this was promised and was on the invoice? Then I'm told by an individual that works at the store that she is sorry and that the only option is that someone come out tomorrow to install it and there is nothing else she can do.and then she hangs up on me. I won't ever be shopping here again. Lesson learnt. Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else. You'll get better customer service and happier delivery staff.

Just bought an automatic coffee machine from the store. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had done my research before hand and the staff filled me in on all the questions I couldn't get an answer to from my research.

Outright refused to price match Amazon Australia (laughable policy), dimensions missing on kitchen appliances, most display TV's switched off. Overall a disappointing shopping experience.

Definitely the staff is horrible when you come to store with any of their faulty stuff. They are rude when you tell about stuff, never welcoming. STILL they have excuses and your questions are answered in an awful way. I have been purchasing stuff from them from last 8 years but still they are hopeless when you bring their faulty stuff back to them. I feel its nearby so better to go but again i leave the store with tears in eye. Its enough, hopefully i will not purchase in future from here. Specially few of belmont staff members are not trained in customer service.

Nice looking store. Staff were ok got asked if we needed help by a few so at least they were on the ball with that. My issue was my delivery. Received a text at roughly midnight stating my delivery window of 8: 45am to 11: 45am, at about 10: 45 received an updated text stating will be up to an hour late which was fine with a call 20-30mins before delivery. 12.35 pm rolls around no phone call i have an appointment at 1: 30pm to see my cjild health nurse. I call the store to find out and am told at 12: 45pm it will be another half hour or I can change my delivery time but I won't be compensated for the inconvenience. The lad on the phone was extremely unhelpful and really could not care less. If your going to send a text saying you will be late, follow it up if your going to be even later. Maybe also look into some customer service training for your staff. Probs won't return to store. Thanks but no thanks.

Got all my house appliance from here two years ago and recently I had to send an lcd that they have replaced and found out they had replaced it with a smaller version and I hadn’t noticed as they replaced my 55inch with a 50inch

Belmont shop is big and with lots of parking. Staff are very rude. Young lady at cash counter was extremely rude and not willing to answer anything about the discount or bonus offer with the product I was buying. She said I should have asked all questions to sales person. No sales person was available when I picked up the product. To whom to ask? She acted as if we are taking it home free of cost.

It's a great new looking store but maybe you should change all your staffs.
Not helpful. Rude.
4 staffs standing at the front entrance watching customers walk in, greet them with a look on their face like "why on earth are you here? ".
When you asked them for help, you got a reply, "help with what? ! "

The worst good guys store iv been in. Waiting for someone to help ended up walking out. Tried them again on another day staff just ignore you and again left there waiting so walked again. I hope with the move they have all new staff.

Zero star. If you check those 1 star reviews and - more importantly - the number of likes for those 1 star reviews, you'll understand the problem with this store. No wonder they are "relocating". The sales/manager himself is good at telling lies.

Service needs improvement plenty of staff but Huge line up at checkout customers said they had been waiting 20mins. Had to walk out just not acceptable and disrespectful
