The Denmark Tavern

We only had the chicken and fish burgers from the lunch menu but not the best. If you want to have a drink in a relaxing atmosphere or watch sports then it ticks all the boxes, great outside area.

Delicious fresh food at reasonable prices. Spacious place with a nice view.
Nice music too!

Dined here as a couple. First time visit. Good menu choice, fair prices, good quality tasty food. Great friendly service. We had garlic bread to start, mains - curry, rice, popaum, Fish Burger and fries, bottle of white wine, All in $95.

Not impressed w food and service but atmosphere was not bad
fish tasted like it was cooked from frozen
and overcooked
food arrived w no cutlery
asked for cutlery and was tald where to go and get it

Standard pub food, came out hot and fast - we were there on a nice day so able to sit in the outdoor area which is really nicely laid out. Small playground for little kids.

Staff behind the bar just awesome lady in the bottlo could learn customer service skills from them just quietly

Got some good craft beers on the menu, pleasantly surprised. Was my old review 2 years ago.

Nice venue. Service was hit and miss. A bunch of youngsters serving behind the counter today only half a clue of what going on.

Well, if you haven't been here lately, I suggest you drop in for another look, wow what a difference, about time Denmark got a decent venue! Well done Murray! Cheers!

Great pub! Good music, great atmosphere, great set up. Pet friendly. Cold beers. Food looked good, well have to go back to try it. Highly recommend. I think you'd want to get their early on a weekend or School hols though!

Over priced food and very strange atmosphere. There was a screen at the back of the room showing a slideshow of photos from Auschwitz.

Fabulous meals & Wonderful Service! Last time we went here was over 10yrs ago, & was Fabulous then too, & this time most certainly didn't disappoint.so yet again we are most suitably impressed Best meal in a long time!

Had a HUGE AND ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS dinner here. Well worth the money and the salt and pepper squid was the best I've ever had. They actually melted in my mouth OMG I was in heaven. I will definitely be a returning patron.

Ordered take away, 2 chicken parmies which were amazing, childs parmie and 1 scotch fillet. We didn't receive any of our salads. Service was pretty average an actual customer was dining and they opened door for me due to having to carry so much, pity staff weren't that helpful.
Have gotten take away few times and this is the first I've been disappointed.

We went for a steak and that's what we got, cooked medium rare as requested. Very nice indeed

Great atmosphere, great affordable food with large portions.
Staff were helpful when we asked for the gas heater to be turned up, here to help within a minute.
But all staff seemed to be deflated, with not being able to smile

Was told where the menus were, 2 minutes later went to order and was told the kitchen was shut. How about saying the kitchen is about to shut before pointing out where the bloody menu is.

Fantastic meal, pleasant setting. My partner had the ribs which he was very happy with. I had the beetroot and pumpkin salad with chicken and it was delicious. Generous servings and good quality, fresh ingredients. Good old fashioned country service. Highly recommended.

Met some friends for dinner here. Jules n I got there early so had a couple of drinks in the bar - very pleasant. Into the restaurant - the food was terrific. We had a great night. Attentive staff, good service.
