My visit with Dr Silva was very rude and unhelpful, she was passive aggressive towards me, accusing me of not mentioning something when it was actually her not remembering. She treated me in a condescending manner, and made presumptions before listening to what I actually had to say.

The only reason I went here was because it was urgent, but in hindsight, I would much rather wait and go somewhere further away.

Even worse, she is not bulk billed. To add salt to burn, the receptionists were unfriendly, and the wait was long considering the low quality of service.

Not worth, definitely don’t recommend.

Always a great experience and this Medical Centre. Sometimes we might have to wait but that's ok other people get sick too!

I can't fault the level of professionalism, care and great service provided by the team at Stirling Lakes Medical Centre. The reception staff are extremely helpful, organized, friendly and attentive regardless as to how busy they are. Dr Manasseh is thorough and comprehensive in her care providing confidence and clarity during each visit. Thank you sincerely for providing a warm and genuine environment teamed with exceptional medical care.

Appointment at 1: 30 PM and kept waiting till 2: 45pm. Told them I had another appointment at 3pm and receptionist tells to wait. Had to cancel the appointment to get to other appointment. Wasted my time to visit a doctor. Horrible customer service. Asked the receptionist how long it will take for me to see the doctor and the receptionist is reluctant until I asked 3 times.

My Doctor is fantastic. Unfortunately the reception staff are terrible. They constantly make errors - appointments entered incorrectly for the wrong days / times/ doctors. Payments are processed incorrectly. They dont listen, are abrupt and always try to multi-task, which they cant do and end up making lots of mistakes. If you go to this clinic then always double check and confirm everything with the reception staff to ensure they have done their job correctly.

Walked out after waiting 50 minutes for my 6 month old baby’s appointment. In multiple visits my shortest wait time was over 30 minutes.

The receptionists are always rude and I always wait for at least half an hour to an hour even with an appointment. Been cancelled on as well. Not recommended.

My experience at Stirling Lakes Medical Centre has been extremely positive. The front reception staff are always very friendly and my doctor, Dr Manasseh, has been fantastic. She is always extremely thorough in her evaluation and takes the time to 'really' listen to what I am saying and is extremely empathetic. Exactly what you want in a doctor and a practice.

Saw Dr Desilver. I had fallen on my right arm and was still having issues with the soreness. I was unable to tell her where the pain was in my arm, said my whole arm was throbbing. She would not accept this and in the end after making me like fool when I couldn’t pin point the actual area of pain, she ordered a blood test. Went to another doctor the next day and found out I had fractured my elbow. Not happy with her manner or diagnose.

The staff are friendly and welcoming - a very good atmosphere. And Dr Manasseh was very nice and attentive.
A good experience!

My time is just as precious as the Dr's Julia Manasseh. I DO NOT HAVE 45 Minutes free to wait EVERY SINGLE TIME I VISIT tHIS PLACE! Dr Manasseh is jus rude, I don't like her at all. She's cold and thinks it ok for you to just sit and wait for her to come out at her leisure. Dr Robbins and Dr Fisher are excellent though. Unfortunately I could not get in to see them but will never book Dr Manasseh again

I take my elderly Mum there and have found that her Dr Adams is very professional and the receptionists are lovely.

The one horrible receptionist is no longer there! Now I feel they're actually trying to help you feel better. Dr. Coopes looked after us well. Thank you!

This was my first visit to a medical centre in Perth and I would not recommend it if you have not seen a Dr here before. The ladies at reception has no basic manners or know how to communicate in a proper way with patients.

Last week I went to Dr Julie Manasseh to get some test results which I had not been sent. After an hour waiting I finally got to see her and she wasn't even sure what I was there for. When I asked for a copy of my results I was told it was clear but she didn't want to print it for me. My old GP always gave me a copy of my results. She is not very informative. She then diagnosed me without even looking at the form I had filled out or talking me through it, then got very defensive and even abusive when I questioned her about it saying I was not understanding her and that I was finding it difficult to communicate. Very bad service and she come across as quite arrogant.

I was looking for a lady doctor which is why I went to see her, but I was so disappointed. I will not use Dr Manasseh again, and will try Dr Philippa Adams next time if I can get an appointment as I have been told she is very good and doesn't keep you waiting.
