Six Senses Gourmet Thai

Tasty food but average service. Had the scallops and duck rolls for starters. Duck rolls not as tasty as we’d imagined but the scallops were good. For mains we had the crispy basil spicy soft shell crab which was packed full of flavour and super super super tasty and the ribs which were still nice but not as full of flavour when side by side - might go for the barramundi or one of the prawn dishes next time. Food came out pleasantly fast. The coconut rice was actually amazing. Like so good (not expecting that!).
Our waitress couldn’t understand English too well. When asked what ingredients were in the salmon starter, had to ask three times in different ways before I was understood. Then before the starters even came out, I was bitten four times by mosquitoes. When I asked if we could move further inside or if they had any mosquito repellant, again she could not understand and asked me if I wanted moscato then was convinced I wanted a drink.

Superb food. Too few waitering staff. Hard to get service but the food is worth it. Order everything when you get the chance, sit back and enjoy

Lovely food, great ambiance. Service was mixed, some of the wait staff were good but others were slow to attend our table and made little mistakes like fetching the wrong glasses. The lighting was nice for an intimate dining setting but the menus being printed on black paper were hard to read. Would definitely go back though because the soft shell crab in particular was delicious!

Food is good but bad service.when we want to order the staft can't see you at the front and just walk pass to you. Sunday close 10pm. 9pm ady tell us there are close. Then chase customer out. Won't go anymore. Disappointed…

Food is generally good but don't order to take away. Was told it would be 20 mins, sat around waiting in the restaurant for 70 mins. Tried to do the right thing by not giving 30% of the sale of to uber, never again.

Firstly, the service here is exceptional, wait staff were attentive and we didnt have to wave our arms about trying to get someones attention. Secondly, the food was pretty good. Serving sizes were decent and there was enough to share between two people. The only criticism I have with the food was I wish it was spicier; I was under the impression that the food was thai spicy and it was not. Lastly the amount of beverages that is offered is pretty good and all the dishes came out quite fast. We were expecting a 30+ min wait since the establishment seemed full but was pleasantly surprised at how fast everything came. Highly recommend the papaya salad and pork skewers! Will definitely be coming back to try other dishes!

Horrible night, waited over an hour for entrees and another half hour for mains and then the food was cold - absolutely disgusting - food was awful

This is an awesome restaurant! Everything about it is exceptional. I had fallen out of love with Thai food, not so anymore. A great occasion and casual dining experience. We had duck and barramundi, both were a flavour sensation!

Terrible service! Waited 45 mins for a round of drinks. BYO champagne, charged $8 corkage and they didn’t have any clean champagne glasses, had to use water tumblers. Ordered the entire entree menu and 3 items were sold out, took another 30 mins to arrive and no side plates as they didn’t have any clean!
Food is very good, atmosphere good too. Such a shame the service and lack of plates and glasses spoilt a lovely birthday evening. Left without ordering mains, 2.5 hours after ordering first drinks

We frequently visit this restaurant but last weekend will be our last. Service was extremely poor to the point of being ignored by the staff. We were given a table but had to leave by 7pm.

After being served table water and the menu, we were left sitting for about 20mins without any further attention. After flagging down a waitress, we were told someone will be with us. After more waiting, we flagged down another staff member and was again told a waitress will be with us. The restaurant was still relatively empty and there were 3 waitresses at the front counter.

After more waiting, we decided to leave and walked past the 3 waitresses at the counter. None of them paid any attention to us leaving or even asked why. Very disappointing with our experience as Six Sense do have good food. We brought our business to another restaurant a few doors down instead.

Terrible service. Sat at a table with my wife for 2 hours to have them come and tell us that they our food has been cancelled without explanation. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible food massively overpriced. Ordered salt and pepper squid - was just a few bits of squid deep fried, no seasoning or spices at all, and a bit of old salad. Was supposed to come with noodles as well but didn’t. Others all had problems with their food too. When we complained we were told we were fraudulent! If you’ve got any SENSE don’t ever go here, either online or in person.

One of favorite restaurants in Leedie and have just had a delicious takeaway from there. Thanks guys and we'll definitely be back when you reopen xxx

Food beautifully presented but spring rolls very over cooked plum sauce had no flavor and looked like sugar water.meal was just warm with 2 pieces of tofu in a main course.staff too eager to clear the table before we were finished.

Service was a little slow but we were enjoying chatting so didn't mind too much.

The food was good but service is bit lack luster. Called to placed a take away order and asked if was okay to be ready in 20mins or else I would come later. They said no that is fine. When I got there It there it wasn't even cooked. They said another 5 mins when it was actually another 10mins. Which is extremely annoying when you have a limited lunch break.

A nice place to drop in for lunch or dinner. Very nice interior, and prices are reasonable. Good lunchtime specials - can get cheaper but still a good price for a restaurant. Serving sizes are just right I think. Not wastefully large but not small either.

Amazing Food and at a very good price! I eat here often due to how good the food is. Staff are friendly, however very slow to take orders however

Worst experience ever, never going back. Slow service, disgusting food. Worst fish of all time. Dry, tasteless and the sauce was so smelly. The service was trush, and out all. Don't know how the restaurant still running. Should be closed, if improvements are not gonna be implemented. Worst of all time.

The restaurant has nice decor and the food was great. The restaurant seems to be very busy at the time, so the service was a bit rushing. It would be better if the staffs are friendlier and pay but more attention to service our table.
