George was honest, straightforward, and very helpful without being pushy! A very pleasant shopping experience.

Looked at the Beko ovens in the store. Served by salesman James he was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the queries I had. Would definitely buy from retravision again and would highly recommend them.

Jay was excellent. We appreciate him going out of his way to ensure we purchased the item that was right for us, and didn't mind how long we took to decide. Highly recommend this store and this salesperson.

Always buy through Heidi at retravision joondalup! Great friendly personalities working there, always know I’m getting the best deal and would recommend skipping all other electrical retailers and going straight to these guys for all home electrical needs! 10/10 five stars every time!

Poor customer service!
The first time I went in there all the staff standing around and chatting at the front desk and didn’t come and offer any assistance I had to go to them.
They didn’t have the product I wanted and ordered it in from another store, when I went to collect it after being notified that it was in they had lost it, sold it to another customer and couldn’t get another one.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this store.

Good members night prices for heaters and such. No computer screens though which is what I wanted.

Very disappointed - was told I could get a 10% discount on line if I bought certain products - when I tried to redeem - it became clear we were lied to - I have tried to contact them twice about this and am simply ignored - will not see me again.

Efficient and friendly service. Gave us the best price available for our item in Perth. Received the item earlier than expected. Very well established store. Enjoyable shopping. We will be back! Thanks a lot!

Absolutely fantastic store. Purchased a vacuum a few months ago. Had to get it replaced under warranty which can always be a worry as most place couldn't care less if a sale isn't involved.but the team here couldn't have been more prompt, helpful and supportive!

Delivery of my fridge, TV, Microwave and washing machine was so smooth and took hardly any time at all. Not only that, everything was thoroughly tested.

I just bought a Westinghouse chest freezer from the Joondalup store. Karis was the Assistant in store, she was very helpful and pleasant. The driver Brendan was exceptionally helpful, he even moved our old upright freezer out the back yard even though the new one was placed another spot. The price was excellent with no extra charge for delivery. We will shop in the Joondalup store in future. Can't be more pleased with the entire process. Thanks Rosemary
